The hospitality at reception is terribly bad. And, I was so surprised that no drinking water was supplied in room. I was compelled to make a call to the front desk 3 times to get a bottle of water and it took more than 45 minutes. The said reason is something like internal miscommunication.
As I posted such evaluation on the website, I received reply from the hotel manager. Seemingly the message was so sincere but he was saying as if I had already checked out even though I was still in the hotel, saying “We hope to welcome you back on your next visit”. I believe nothing prevented him from checking if I was still in hotel or not. Maybe that must be internal miscommunication, again.
On the same day, similar thing happened again. As I could not shut the door of closet, I asked the reception to fix it early in the morning. If you do not shut the door completely, you cannot turn off the switch for the light in the closet. That means you need to sleep at night with the light from the closet.
When I came back to the hotel at 5 PM on the same day, I found out the door had not been fixed yet. Then I asked and went out again. When I came back to the hotel, I found that the door was not fixed. Then, I needed to follow their procedure. I made a call again and again.
This is what happened to me in five star hotel.
