Villa Nia is located in the eastern part of Istria in the town of Kršan, which is known for its beautiful landscape rich in wild plants and Mediterranean vegetation. The municipality of Kršan is based on the differentiation of the tourist offer, which is made possible by the rich natural and cultural heritage, preserved environment, unique landscapes and clear sea.



Contemporary Villa Nia consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed and one air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds. Also, in the spacious and modern living room there is an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed. The bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower, one of which also has a spacious bathtub. The interior of the villa is open and from any room you can easily and simply reach the garden with pool. Villa Nia has a functional kitchen that abounds in useful everyday appliances, and a modern summer kitchen of industrial design in which there is a wood stove and dining room that is directly connected to the spacious garden. Inside the garden there is a swimming pool around which there are deck chairs for relaxing and enjoying the summer sun. Villa Nia is surrounded by a long wall and offers you full privacy and peace during your holiday.



An escape from everyday life will be provided by the pebble beach Dražine, where you can experience the beauty of Istrian beaches. Nearby are tourist destinations such as Rabac, Lovran and Opatija, and the islands of Krk and Cres. You can also visit the Učka Nature Park, which abounds in recreational facilities and a beautiful view of the eastern Istrian coast.
