Spend an unforgettable holiday in this impressive and traditional stone house on the island of Krk, in the small picturesque town of Brzac.



Villa Mare is modernly equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and in winter there is a wood-burning stove to keep you cosy and warm. The same is ideal for smaller families or two couples with a pet who want to spend some time out in an oasis of peace. Here you will find a natural structure made of stone and wood that blend harmoniously together. In addition, the bright interior creates a soothing atmosphere in which you can relax and enjoy a carefree holiday. From the living room you can access the spacious garden, where there is a children's corner with a swing and a playhouse, as well as outdoor table tennis for children and adults. Relax in the outdoor pool, sip a cocktail while sunbathing and reading an exciting book.



The place is quiet, where you will find beaches and a restaurant nearby, as well as a campsite where there is an offer of entertainment and water sports. In the area you will find many hidden smaller bays with crystal clear bathing water. Within a radius of 2 km you will find shops and restaurants for a carefree holiday in this small holiday resort. Visit nearby towns such as Malinska, Punat and Njivice with sandy and pebble beaches, a waterfront promenade and delicious Mediterranean specialities and seafood. Explore many cultural events, drink local wine, swim in the cool deep blue clear waters and go hiking or cycling in the surrounding area. An 18-minute drive will take you to the cultural centre of Krk, where you can stroll through the old town, immerse yourself in the island's history and wander through the alleyways. Finally, you can savour local or international cuisine, enjoy a glass of wine in one of the taverns and admire the sunset.

Sehr netter Vermieter . Es wird sich wirklich um alles gekümmert wenn man etwas braucht . Dorf ist sehr klein ,aber im Umkreis befinden sich konobas und ein Einkaufsladen.

Der Pool wag total klasse und auch die Ausstattung der Küche hat gut gepasst.Das einzige was eventuell nicht jedermanns Sache bei einem Steinhaus ist, dass sich doch einige kleine "Krabbeltiere" in der Nacht auf Erkundungstour machen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall sehr genossen und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.
