事前にルツェルンからのシャトルバスがあるのかをメール問い合わせしましたが、返信が来たのは問い合わせから3日後でした。 メール内容は、平日は30分毎、土日は、そんなに頻繁にはないとの回答で、私たちは、日曜だったので、たまたま電車で行くことにしましたが、ホテル到着後、シャトルバスの運行そのものをしていないと言われびっくりしました。 代わりに滞在中のクリエンスからルツェルン間の無料パスは、もらいましたが、いったいどなたが、メール返信していたのか、驚きました。 あと１つ不満だったのは、夜の9:00に到着したら、チェックインに、45分待たされました。 中には、ホテルのタオルが交換されていなかったとかクレームしている他国の方もいてフロントの人手不足を感じました。 最終的には、人も優しく、設備もきれいで満足でしたが、 シャトルパスや、チェックインの出だしの印象は、良くなかったです。

Please, accept our sincere appologies for the waiting time in answering mails - this should not be like it and we will definitely work on this in order to give a better service. Regaring the bus shuttle, there must be a misunderstanding - we do not offer a shuttle service from the hotel rather it is a normal city bus, which stops just close to the hotel and for which the guests receive free tickets from us. In spite of this, we do hope, that you enjoyed your stay in Lucerne and we send kind regards!

This hotel is just outside of Lucern. Easy to get to by train, but get off in Kriens not Lucern. Nice shopping close. Groceries, hiking gear, even an equestrian store. Staff is very nice, speaking many languages. Breakfast was plenty and a good array of food. Coffee machines were a big plus, could make all kinds of coffee delights.

Excellent location - just minutes walk from train station. Nice and clean rooms. Only problem: room was bit smaller for 3 beds. Breakfast was excellent and staff were always helpful.

Location is easily reachable by S-bahn from Luzerne Bahnhof. Staff was quite helpful and informative. However, breakfast options could be improved and the dining area gets quite crowded.

This hotel waa great! Everyday our room waa cleaned. The area around has different eating options. The metro and bus were pretty close as well. (Less than 10mins to downtown) The staff was kind and respectful. (Different languages were spoken)

Parking easy. Supermarket in two minute walking distance. You get a free train ticket to go downtown (2 stops). The station is 3 minutes away. The hotel is new. I will come back

Microwave not available at this hotel, nearest option is Migros across the street. Breakfast options were great, location was pretty accessible to Luzern main station (inter-town transport pass was provided by hotel)

Disappointing
Nice hotel but a few things should be improved: - Bedsheets had some holes and a black stain that could not be removed - Towels were very small for an adult to properly dry - Hair dryer was sticky and full of dust/hairs - The room was cold even if the heating was on - The parking was eventually not included or managed by the hotel - Gluten-free options during breakfast were very scarce (only heated up bread) and the personnel who delivered it brought it wearing the same gloves they were using to clean other tables (so not appropriate from a basic hygiene perspective and, even worse, from an allergy/cross-contamination point of view)

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Tankstelle und - wenn man es mag - zwei Fastfoodketten, aber auch Bäcker und einem "Cevap Haus" rundherum. Zimmer sauber, groß genug, auch das Bad und es gibt einen Tisch, sowie den "Relax-Stuhl", den ich persönlich an HI-Hotels sehr mag. Fernsehsender auch in gutem Umfang vorhanden und beim Frühstück gab es eigentlich auch alles, was das Herz begehrt. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Einzige, was noch ganz nett wäre, wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, so dass man mitgebrachte Getränke kühl lagern kann.

The hotel is very close to train station. The staff at front desk helpful in train directions and the waitstaff were very friendly. The free breakfast was more than we expected, the food was always fresh and arranged nicely. The coffee/expresso machine and juice options also spectacular. Highly recommend this property.

Die Unterkunft, sowie das Personal, waren an und für sich ja gut aber was mich störte, sind bzw. waren die Duschen. Die Duschen, konnte man nicht abschliessen bzw. gab es keine Türen. Nach dem Duschen ist man also damit beschäftigt, das Wasser vom Boden aufzunehmen. Das war ziemlich mühsam. Ausserdem hatte der Fernsehr, keinen Netflix Zugang. Unter einem "Smart-TV" verstehe ich hierbei etwas anderes. Der rest war sonst angenehm

Train is right beside the hotel with easy access to the city center. Hotel offers a pass as well so it was perfect! Parking is across the street in a parking garage and easy access to the hwy! Overall, great stay!

O hotel fica longe do centro mas fornecem ticket para locomoção sem custo dentro de Lucerna. Ônibus e trem. Ao lado do hotel tem estação de trem que em 10 minutos está no centro de Lucerna. Ótima opção. Café da manhã muito bom.

Bad customer service of front desk
The front desk employee name Atsuko and manger Olga both very not friendly , my wife is always very sensitive for elevator noise so every time if we found the room is assigned too close to elevator after check in , after talk with front desk all the hotel always happy to help us change to different room , but this time the attitude from Atsuko and their on duty manager Olga just let my wife and me feel that they don’t even try to help us at all , they not even try check their computer system and just told us it’s fully booked tonight , what kind of bad service ….., after checked in we also found no tissue paper and body lotion , hair dryer is broken wrapped with tape and very sticky, shower head is broken and leaking , paid $236 for this kind of poor quality, don’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel .
