「The hotel was easy to find by car, you drop off the end of the E 70 heading into Zagreb and its very visible. Good parking and friendly reception. Rooms clean, huge bed, and large shower but lacked a luggage stand. I believe we were in a bedroom for disabled which I had mistakenly booked. Despite the room facing traffic, the glazing kept out the noise. The reception did neglect to point out the key car is needed to be able to select the floor in the lift which seemed to catch out several...

「お部屋は清潔でベッドも大きく良かったです。クリスマス後と言うこともあり、スタッフが足りていないように感じました。受付のスタッフもサービス精神に欠けていたように思います。理由として、部屋で飲む飲み物の氷を受付まで取りに行きましたが、「どこでもらえるかわからないから、向かいのレストランに聞いてみて」と適当な返答をされました。あまり新設な対応ではないと感じました。」

「I had not been back to this lovely spot for almost a decade. The staff is wonderful, the restaurant is outstanding and there are a variety of rooms to fit families, couples or groups. If you are going to be in Zagreb for a few days, take the 30 minute drive and unwind with the vineyard all around you. 」
