The reception staff was helpful and made efforts to arrange for early check-in. The apartment is nice and modern. It is well-equipped. The location is close to the main train station and close to tram stops. Perhaps the management can re-look at the opening/closing of the shower glass door. It opens outwards and pushes the bath mat away; thus shower waters dripping wet on the floor. Perhaps the property can look at fitting a heating track in the bathroom. Overall, it's a nice place.

Apples In Krakow

Location was great (close to the main railway station and old town), the entry process was simple and the apartment was large, clean and well furnished and quiet. Nice wine bar up the road and a cat cafe locally, although there's a cafe below the flats we were in. The only potential issues are the photo of the building representing the Browar Lubicz aparthotel which I think is actually the Hungarian Consulate, which isn't hdlpful, rather a picture of the reception area which could be a tiny bit difficult to find.
