Location, Location and Location: It is newly built condominium located in the very very very prime area of the Ao Nang shopping center and it is just 300 meters away from the most popular Ao Nang beach with clean water to swim at the beach. In our area, there are Mc Donald, Subway, 7-11, restaurants (cafe 8.89, the most popular restaurant), banks and other shops located at this project, so it is easy for you to shop and come back at the apartment to rest, watch sunset on the rooftop, swimming or even to exercise at the gym,

The serviced apartment has total area of 42sqm on 4th floor and it has been well furnished with all the amenities/appliances to accommodate your stay with full kitchen (microwave, refri, stove, dish sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, plate, spoon, knife, wine opener, pot, fried pan and other stuff) for you to cook your meals.

3. It is located on top of the plot of land connected to tropical forest with slopping up, good exercise for you to walk up and down, however, we do have a golf cart to bring you up or down, if you wish to use our service. Please tip the driver of Thb20 so he can take care of you all time when you need him (check working hours at the office ground floor).

4. Electricity and water are included in the room rate, as we have put up the resort fee as part of the electricity and water consumption.

5. We do provide free drinking water with refillable unlimited (water tap is not drinkable in Thailand).

6. A Must visit Rooftop of the Building A for the Ao Nang Bay view.

What are not given here:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning, and you can buy this service from the office, which will cost you Thb600 per time (inclusive cleaning, change linens, and towels).
2. We do not provide breakfast, you can opt to buy breakfast at cafe 8.89 infront of our main entrance.

This apartment is 42 sqm in total area with 100% sea view one bedroom (living room plus bedroom plus bathroom) on 4th floor corner unit and well furnished with very comfortable mattress and high quality linens and towels. The balcony is next to tropical forests with Ao Nang Bay sea View. You will wake up with ozone oxygen from the big tree from the tropical forests. Some days, you will find monkeys coming out from the forests.

We do provide free strong WIFI in the whole compound, at the gym, at the swimming pool and apartment.

Price includes free swimming pool, free Professional Gym, free car parking, and free WIFI in the Apartment and whole building. There is free goft cart service to pick you all up from main entrance upto the reception and vice versa.

There is no daily cleaning service, so please contact office to buy this cleaning service at fee of Thb600, cleaning plus linens and towels change. Free weekly cleaning for booking more than 10 days of booking.

We have full time staff to assist you during your stay and the host is easy to contact through social media.
