繁華街に近いところでありすぐにスーパーやコンビニへ行けて便利でした。 しかし繁華街あってか深夜はかなり騒がしかったです 。 まぁ格安の宿屋やから仕方ないかな笑笑

房間的冷氣特別的冷、16度、毛毯是原本一件的裁成了兩半來用的、水杯也特別的髒、但是浴室出熱水、這一點很好、還有洗衣機乾燥機、對於夏天來說很方便。深夜外面街道人們的喧鬧繁雜噪音、很晚才安靜下來。但是以這個價格算是很好的了。

When I arrived at the hotel, the check-in process was not really smooth. I went up to talk to a lady who sat behind the counter but she was apparently useless because she could not understand a word in English. She was not hospitable obviously and even angrily pointed at a sign with a number to call. I spoke to a guy on the line who told how to check in and give me a code and the bed I was supposed to stay in. When I walked in the room, I was shocked because my bed was messy with somebody's clothes on it and the bed looked as if it hadn't been made and cleaned for days. Moreover, dust is all over the floor. I guessed it hadn't been hovered since 19th century. So I called that guy and requested for a change. After travelling by plane, it is so exhausting that the first thing you need is a shower. And it came as an after shock after an earthquake, I saw some cockroaches scurrying in the toilet and in the shower area. When I asked for a towel, they said they ran out already. They had only some face towels. The only thing that is good to stay at this hotel is location. The rest is awful.

Horrible Room
The worst experience of my life. Several cockroaches were crawling and I just could not sleep, so I just left at dawn. Even now, my whole body is itchy. This trauma seems to last a long time and I want to do a lawsuit.

Perfect location, many facilities, clean. Excellen
We enjoyed our stay here. The hostel is in a great central location. The result is the dorms are often tiny and with windows, although it was clean and there was an area for tea and coffee which was great. It's definitely worth staying here if you want to be in the heart of Hong Kong.

The best hostel I have stayed at in Hong Kong!
I have tried four different hostels in Hong Kong and personally find this one to be the overall best one. Cheap, awesome location, clean, easy to find, nice manager, great service, not too many people in one room, rather quiet, may borrow adapter and padlock for a deposit they will refund you. More free stuff than any other place I have been: soft drinks, hot drinking water, snacks, towel(to borrow at hostel), laundry service (washing machine and tumble dryer), earplugs, slippers and more. Truly recommend it as a cheap and comfortable place to stay in a very central place of Hong Kong.

Great value for money, I really enjoyed my stay at Smart Hotel. It is small, like other commenters have said, but there is everything you need and the location is absolutely amazing.
