良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

交通の便が良く、周りに美味しい店もたくさんありました。旅行して途中で休憩するのに適しています。何よりもバスタブが有るのがよかったです。部屋も程よく広くて、快適でした。従業員の方は、少し愛想は無いですが、概ね親切でした。たまに、フロントの方が笑顔で挨拶してくれて、嬉しかったです。期待してなかったんですが、笑顔で挨拶してくれると嬉しいものですね。

良かった点 : 清潔度

部屋は広めで綺麗

ツインルームにシャワーと浴槽付きシャワーが2箇所、洗面台も2箇所あるのは良かったですが、2人部屋の場合は同時に使用する機会はあまり無いので、シャワー1つと洗面台1つは失くして、洗面室とトイレを分けて頂く方がより使いやすかったと思います。

快適でした

スタッフのサービスが大変素晴らしい。こちらの拙い会話力にも笑顔で応えてくれ大変気持の良い接客。空港までのタクシーもなかなかこないのを気にかけてくれたり、雨の中重い荷物を運んでくれたり(女性)。ジャグジーで脚の疲れを癒したり、ルーフトップバーも夜景を堪能できました。バス、ミニバス、地下鉄と乗りこなせるなら抜群の立地です。ただひとつ不満な点はコロナで手を洗うのには気を使っているが、手洗い用の石鹸(ハンドソープ)が無かった事。今回はアメニティにあったボディシャンプーで代用したが、ちょっと使いづらかった。

MRT佐敦駅から近くとにかく便利でした。周辺にはレストランやショッピングスポットも多く、宿泊費が高い香港においてこの価格で泊まれたのは非常に良かったです。(1泊12,000円程) 唯一残念だったのはジムがとなりの系列の建物まで行かなければならず面倒でした。

立地が私にはとても便利な所にあり、ネーザンrdから路地に入るので、静かです　 K1のシャトルバスに乗れば、九龍駅まで二駅目なので、とても便利、九龍駅から、ホテルまでは、少し時間がかかります２回目ですが、快適に過ごせました

グレードアップして頂きベットの目の前にバスタブがあり、テラスもある素敵な部屋に泊まる事ができました。雰囲気や景色も最高です。変圧器もセットされていました。フロントデスクの女性も感じが良かったです。唯一残念なのはベットの周りにたくさんの髪の毛が落ちていたり棚の拭き掃除がされていない事です。タオルが少しだけ使い込んでいる感じがしました。掃除などの清潔感が改善されればとても良いホテルです。素敵なお部屋だったので良い思い出になりました。また泊まりたいです I am very grateful for the upgrade. There was a bathtub next to the bed and it was great. The front glass room was very nice with a terrace The lady at the front desk was friendly and good The only unfortunate thing was a lot of hair around the bed. There was dust on shelf. It is a very good hotel if the room cleaning is perfect. However, we were satisfied because we were able to stay very cheaply It was a good hotel I want to stay again

場所が便利。地下鉄利用で交通の便は良いです。空港から高速鉄道からのシャトルバスで行けますが降りたとこから少し迷いました。帰りはむしろセントラルまで行き始発から高速鉄道で帰りました。

佐敦駅から徒歩数分の場所で，市内のどこに行くにも便利です。また周辺には手ごろで美味しい飲食店も多く，食事に困ることはありません。今回はリピーターの為か，広いスタジオルームに無料でアップグレードして戴きました。広くて過ごしやすいお部屋で快適に過ごせましたが，全体に埃っぽさがあり，日本のホテルのような清潔感を求めてはいけません。

気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備

以前利用してよかったので再度泊まったが、今回は残念だった。香港なので出来るだけ広い部屋を選んだつもりが、ベッドはシングルサイズは香港仕様の小さめ、部屋はただ広いだけ。バスルームなどは手狭な部屋と同じ大きさでとても狭かった。排水の匂いも時間帯で少しした。ジャグジーが付いているが使うと黒カビ？ジャグジーの穴から浮遊物が大量に出て不衛生だった。これなら、平米を広い部屋にするお得感はない。ランク上の部屋をきちんと予約すれば良かった… 無理のミニバーは水とオレンジジュース、ひしゃげた古いチップスと初日はコーヒーのみ。（翌日は紅茶も置いてあった）これなら、無料のミニバー、と特典に書かない方がよい。ルーフトップバーの夜景など素敵なところもあるが、宿泊せず、遊びに来たら良いので、立地が良いだけに残念だ。スタッフも以前より対応が良くなかった。

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

2部屋を使いましたがキーボックスが1部屋は壊れていて使えなかった。もう1部屋は貴重品をいれることはできましたがとりだす時に壊れていて大変な思いをしました。これまでたくさんのホテルに滞在しましたがこういった経験をしたことはありません。。

クイーンサイズのベッドルームを予約したら、1階はリビング、2階はベッドルームの豪華なお部屋でした。お風呂も２ヶ所あって広々としており、28階から眺める景色は香港らしい夜景が広がり絶景でした。

とても快適でした。近くに美味しいお粥の店などあってよかった。

大変満足できましたが、ライトのスイッチの使い方が分かりずらかった。

5回目の宿泊、前泊まった時より不親切。女性はまだ親切でした。フロントのひと話しかけにくいオーラを出している。 1人で不安なのに、より、不安になった部屋狭すぎてびっくり、バスタブもなく今回はとても残念でした。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

2018年10月に2泊。最近の口コミからスタッフに不安がありましたが、レセプションもルーフトップバーの店員さんも、十分に笑顔で親切でした。部屋に無料のお水やドリンク、スナックがおいてあったのも地味にうれしい。清掃は多少行き届いていない部分もありましたが、個人的には気にならないレベル。ただ、枕もとの時計が1時間程度遅れていた（気づいてよかった！）のと、エアコンを切っても部屋がかなり寒かったのは残念。handy（無料スマホ）は街歩きの際にWiFIルータとして使えすごく助かりました。交通機関からのアクセスもよいし、機会があればまた泊まって、今回は使わなかったカフェやジム、ゲーム室（？）も利用してみたいです。
