どこに行くにも便利な場所。地下鉄降りて1分でホテル。コンビニも近くにあり、食事も近くに沢山あり、夜景を見に行くにも歩いて数分、買い物も色々できます。部屋も広く快適でした。浴槽もあります。ただ、シャワートイレはありません。

受付のスタッフさんが塩対応、香港デモの影響で予約時よりも値段が下がっていたし、香港政府のニュースもあったので、返金かグレードアップかがあるかと思ったが何もなし。それは目をつぶったとしても、ホテルの室内が全般的に湿気っている。布団は到着時もじっとり濡れてる。荷物が次の日すべて湿気っている。バスもない、外のながめも最悪。朝ご飯も正直グレード低い。この金額なら他のホテルにした方がよかった。

大人3(うち13歳1人)・小人1の4人1室で3泊利用しました。 毎日2-3人分のアメニティしか用意・補充されていなかったので、毎回不足分をフロントに言わないといけませんでした。 子供の英語会話の勉強になると思い、不足分の補充依頼の連絡を子供にさせましたが、辿々しい英語や恥ずかしがった子供にも優しく接して頂きました。 また、体調を崩した子供に対して、対応してくれたのは勿論、翌日にも声を掛けてくれました。 台風やデモの影響も無く旅行でき良かったのですが、スタッフとの触れ合いが印象的でした。

立地抜群でした。デラックスルームに泊まりました。バスタブ無しですが、部屋は、ソファー、テーブル、大きな鏡もありました。地下鉄、セブンイレブンも近くにあり、向かいの iSquareの地下に、広目のスーパーがありました。朝食も、美味しかった。ただ、朝食メニューは、毎日ほとんど変わらなかったので、飽きました。子供は朝食無料です!空港までは、A21のバスで、1時間弱。バス停は、ホテル目の前の大通り沿いです。空港からくるときは、15で降ります。香港島や、マカオへ行くフェリー乗り場までも歩いて行けます。チェックイン、チェックアウトのフロントの対応は、とても良かったです。私が英語を理解できていないのがわかると、ゆっくり話してくれました。
