Long weekend in KK, Sabah…

Central location, near shops and restaurants and on the waterfront, with friendly and helpful staff. Optional breakfast buffet and they made us a packed breakfast for our trip out. Pool overlooks the sea and there is a large lounge to relax in plus a small gym. Room was clean and adequate with a great kitchenette within the room, cooker, microwave, saucepans, kettle and a full fridge freezer. We would stay here again.

The hotel was in a convenient location with accessibility to mall and dining places. The hotel lobby was clean. The room is clean, but not very spacious. The toilet is also clean and nice.

Spacious room. Comfort bed. But smells in the sewage pipe drainage area around the shower or the toilet area on our day 4 and 5. Washroom was clean but not sure why the sewage smell. Also the cabinets in the kitchen had an unpleasant smell. All the cabinets looked clean but not sure why the smell when opening the cabinets. May need fresh hot clean towels to wipe the inside cabinets. Convenient area; only 10 mins walk to Suria mall, surrounded by lots of markets and restaurants. Disappointed no one wait for us at the airport when landed and we had to ask a stranger to help us call the hotel that was booked in advance. They didn’t compensate us for the inconvenience (waited for 90 mins) but they did apologize. Will we come back again, yes we will. Giving this place another chance next time. The cleaning team was excellent and friendly as well as the front staff.

Property was new, nice, and big (it was basically a full fledged one room apartment we had). Two TVs, kitchenette and washing machine. Location was well placed within 10min walk to gaya street. Only drawback was that Citadines co-shares the plot and common facilities w an apartment building called Northshore (different wing) which brings along w that, tons of short-stay crowd (amongst them children) and noise in the common areas, esp the pool.

Sad to note there wasn’t a swimming pool per se but only an adult wading pool that allows you to enjoy the cooling off & sunset. No attendant in sight in the gym ( suppose to collect pool towel) & no pool towels available except the small ones. Went down @ 4.00pm to 6th level & left about 5.00pm or so when I sighted hotel staff with the load of clean fresh pool towels! Only a coffeeshop available for dining with limited menu choices. Not convenient for those on short stays despite the fact that my room has the kitchen facilities & cutlery.

Room was clean with a nice view of bay, great swimming pool overlooking bay. Great location right next to waterfront, market, shopping mall. Staff where all friendly during interaction. Can recommend staying here. Only small negative is the air conditioner was not great. But otherwise great stay, thanks.

We have no complaints about the unit when we walked in however it was located in a bad part of a disgusting town of Kota Kinabalu. We could not bring ourselves to stay and left and went up the street and checked into the Marriott.

We arrived at the property all was going well till we had a fire and had to vacate the property at 1 am and couldnt get back to our romm till 5 am to get our gear after seeing the manager in the lobby and speaking to the hotel twice we keep getting fobbed off after they promised the refund. The facility is nice but the management need to honour their promuses and at least email us

신축이라 방이 매우 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하지만 이용객이 많아 리셉션은 매우 붐비는 편입니다. Ashore hotel 과 건물은 공유하지만 수영장은 별도로 있습니다. 위치도 쇼핑몰, 야시장 모두 도보거리라 편리했습니다.
