Hippocampe 5 (upper floor) - Koserow House

The 53 m² non-smoking apartment on the upper floor is modern and comfortably furnished. It consists of a living room, a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (length approx. 175 cm), a kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom/toilet, and a balcony. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled, and the hallway has laminate flooring. The living room and bedroom have been recently renovated and feature click vinyl flooring. The living room also offers an additional sleeping option on a sleeper sofa and features a 39-inch LED TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, electric kettle, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster).

A laundry package can be booked as an add-on. The laundry package includes 1 large towel, 1 small towel, 1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase, and 1 sheet. Upon arrival, you’ll find a starter supply of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishcloths, soap, and toilet paper waiting for you.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment. 



The house is a middle unit in a row of houses and is located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of the town center of the seaside resort of Koserow. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. Shopping options are within walking distance. In Koserow, you’ll also find Karls Erlebnishof, a popular destination for visitors of all ages. A paid parking space is available in front of the house. Bicycles (up to 4) can be stored in a bike shed, subject to availability.

Bed linens and towels can be booked for an additional fee or brought along yourself. Upon arrival, a starter supply of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishcloths, soap, and toilet paper will be provided for you. 
The grill is available for the ground-floor apartment Seepferdchen 4.

One dog with a shoulder height of up to 40 cm is welcome in Apartment 4 for an additional fee.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
