"Excellent customer service. The young man in the reception (i think his name was Aggelos) was super nice and he gave us recommendations on beaches to visit that are kid friendly. Also restaurants and activities. The room was clean and it had all the amenities we needed. The hotel grounds were clean and nicely kept. There were cats and kittens we got to pet and feed during our stay. The pool was small but perfect for kids. We tried to go to the beach in the morning and pool in the evening....

"Room is spacious and comfortable. Furnishings are high quality. Centrally located. What we did not like was the level of daily room cleaning which was close to none. They need to train or replace their cleaning staff. Swimming pool was not yet cleaned as it was early season but would have been nice if it was cleaned and ready to be used. "

"The owner/manager (George) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The suite was immaculate and it was better than the pictures. It was clean and huge!!! The price for the quality should be higher. (Not that anyone wants to pay more but it’s worth it) It’s convenient to a local bakery and a few super markets. You can walk down to the town where there are many restaurants and you’re on the water. (The restaurants are on the water not the hotel but it’s very close) There is a port that you can book excursions or if you have a car you’re 20 minutes away from another port. Location was excellent. The price was excellent. The staff was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. George also gave us a few suggestions for beaches and food and they were excellent. Thank you so much. Our stay was too short!! 4 nights wasn’t enough. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. "
