「場所がわかりにくいのが難点ですが、宿泊数日前に来るアパートからのメールを見逃さないようにしましょう。屋根裏部屋は4F分の階段を荷物を持って上がる必要があるので大変です（眺望が良いわけでもありません）。 Wi-fiも問題なく使え、小さいながらもキッチンとダイニングテーブルがあり部屋もきれいにメンテナンスされていますので、立地重視なら良いと思います。」

「There were lots of stairs to get to our place, but the apartment was excellent. The AC worked great. The views were lovely and it was just a great spot for us! If you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. The stairwell getting to the apartment was a bit smokey and the residents would stack their garbage in the walkway, but once inside the apartment, it was spacious and did not smell of smoke. 「The property was good located and equipped. It’s in the centre of almost everything, close to the old town, close to supermarkets and close to the beaches around Zadar with car between 10 and 20 minutes, by foot between 20 and 30 minutes. The kitchen was good equipped, the air conditioning was excellent and seemed to us clean (no bad smell or dust on the box or where the aire streams out), the bedroom has all what it needs and the bathroom was clean with a nice size and a shower where easily fit...

「Apartment was high end which was what I was expecting when I booked. Added advantage was parking as this was included but you can walk to beach within 6 mins and a couple of bars and restaurants around apartment which again is all walkable but as apartment was self catering they did have a small supermarket 8 min walk away. I would stay here again as host was excellent and it was a good base to visit the surrounding areas.」
