"Claudia was the most gracious hostess! I liked that she came over to show you around the house. She pointed out different features about the architecture, etc. She had such unique decorations. We enjoyed the collection of coffee mugs! Beautiful house to entertain with your family. I loved the master bedroom & bathroom. The porch was great to enjoy your morning coffee! We would love to stay here again!!"

"The room was very nice and clean, the TV and phone were inoperable. The staff were very friendly helpful when possible. When the reconstruction is being it will be very nice."

"This was our first time staying at this hotel and we were very pleased. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom well-appointed, staff was helpful, the breakfast was hot and plentiful. We will definitely come back. It could just be because it was very hot outside, but the room AC cooled the room nicely but did not seem to remove humidity from the air. A damp piece of clothing hung for 2 days near the AC failed to dry. Minor problem to deal with since everything else was great."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Blue Heron on the upper floor. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the lake and the hot tub in our room. This hotel is outdated but the vibe is great if you’re looking for a laid back lakeside atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and we enjoyed a nice dinner at Tbones with wonderful service. My only warning to anyone with a sensitive nose is that the use of floral disinfectant is quite strong through the building. We did appreciate the coffee in the lobby and the breakfast in the morning. Thank you to the staff who work very hard there!"

"The hotel management has really put a lot of work into improvements at this hotel. The rooms have been renovated. The checkin is much smoother. The shower works perfectly and is just the right temperature. The provided toiletries are fully stocked. The breakfast is well above average. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. I come every year for the Blueberry Festival and I stay at this hotel each time. There are not many choices for a stay in Plymouth, but IHG makes it worth it."

"We love to stay at Swan Lake. It is a great place a couple hours away in between long trips it makes a fantastic stopping point. My son even golfed this time and the greens and course were in great condition. Definitely will be staying and playing again! The Chophouse Restaurant was superb as always. The Alligator Bites and Bruschetta always are a crowd pleaser for our family."

"I’ve stayed here many times this year, it’s always clean, the staff is always helpful, and checking in is always quick. The only thing I don’t like is that there is a $150 deposit when I’ve never even paid $150 for a room there. I stay in hotels often, and I’ve stayed in larger brand hotels and the only place that charges $150 cash or card for a deposit is this hotel. The 4 Holiday Inn Express hotels in the area each charge $25. I love the place but the $150 has me considering whether I’ll choose this place in the future if the Holiday Inn Expresses in the area have availability."
