Staff were very helpful and courteous, food was delicious if sometimes not very hot, drinks were plentiful. Our room was extremely dated with very marked tired furniture and dirty carpet. The carpets on the 2nd floor communal area were shockingly stained

We stayed at Megasaray Westbeach in the second week of November and had an amazing time. We were a group of 18 people travelling from different countries for my brother’s wedding in Antalya, and the hotel handled everything flawlessly. The staff were great from the moment we arrived. Everyone was attentive, honest, helpful and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel has recently introduced an off season concept with breakfast only, half board and all inclusive. Even with some areas closed during this period, mainly the food court, the all inclusive option was still good value. The food quality was very good, with plenty of variety throughout the stay. Drinks and pasties were also very nice. The hotel was genuinely fully booked for a couple of days while we were there in November, which says a lot about the level of service they maintain. A few members of our group were staying elsewhere and visited us at various times. Management were very understanding and even allowed late visits (after 9 pm). They even offered complimentary tea for our visitors which was much appreciated, especially since many all inclusive resorts are strict about outside visitors. A special thank you to Sadaf from guest relations who was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. She even helped us with a few last minute wedding related arrangements (noting the wedding was outside and unrelated to Megasaray) and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Die Suite in der 9. Etage war geräumig, aber die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel und Teppich waren nicht ganz sauber und wurden nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Auf der schönen Terrasse konnte man wegen der Küchengerüche aus der Lüftung leider nicht lange sitzen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Im Wellnessbereich war der Boden stellenweise rutschig. An der Bar gab es nette Mitarbeiter und eine gute Auswahl an Getränken.

Service was 5 star everywhere. Cuisine is good with much variety. Desserts are to die for. Only negative is that it is a fairly long trek to the beach, though there is supposedly a shuttle that we never used.

Die Zimmer sind teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, die Grösse und Aussicht (Meerblick) wirklich toll. Kein Lärm aus anderen Zimmern hörbar. das Essen war Spitze, sehr viel Auswahl und absolut nicht Kantinenmäßig wie man es sonst von anderen Hotels kennt. Viele Speisen werden direkt im Restaurant zubereitet, Abends Livemusik Zum Strand mit dem inkludierten Liegen, Schirmen, Speisen, Getränke) kann man zu Fuss (5-10min) oder mit dem shuttle fahren (im 30min Takt) Ich komme gerne wieder

Les parties communes sont très jolies et bien entretenues. Toutefois, les chambres doivent être rénovées et modernisées. Les moquettes sont tachées, il y a de la moisissure et calcaire dans la salle de bain… la brosse des toilettes est dans un état catastrophique ! Concernant le personnel, ils sont bienveillants, aussi la vue sur mer est sublime ! Puis, on y mange également très bien.

The hotel has potential, but our experience was mixed. Service was the biggest disappointment — we often felt ignored when asking for drinks. We requested multiple times but rarely got them unless walking to the bar ourselves, which seemed to affect English-speaking guests most. The non-smoking area is very small and still filled with smoke from the majority of guests, making it hard to enjoy fresh air. Entertainment was lacking and not very engaging; show schedules were only posted in elevators or corridors. However, Igho from the entertainment team was great—friendly and informative about the shows. Food options were mismatched, like Asian dishes with Mexican sauces and vice versa. The view from our balcony was beautiful, and waking up to it was lovely. The cleaning staff were excellent—prompt, kind, and kept the room spotless with a well-stocked mini fridge. The furniture could use updates, though. We requested a 4 AM wake-up call for our flight and never received it. No to-go breakfast was provided despite seeing it for other early travelers. Pools were very cold, and even the “heated” spa pool wasn’t warm. No hot tubs or jacuzzis. The spa area is nice with some free features, but paid services are pricey for the location. The private beach and shuttle are convenient, though the lounge chairs are worn. Transfers cost about $70, and private tours about $250, though similar ones online are around $50 per person.

My stay here was very good. I enjoyed the quality of the food, which was always served hot. Many AI places have mediocre buffets but not MegaSaray with lots of options and good quality drinks. The rooms are a little tired, but they are large, with good facilities. The local beach was a pebble beach so be aware of this. Lots of sun loungers and never had a problem getting one, even in the afternoon. Not a lot going on in terms of entertainment but was good if you want a nice quite relaxing break. Overall I was very happy with the hotel and would return

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht optimal. Die angebotenen Speisen zeichneten sich durch eine große Vielfalt aus, wobei einige der Gerichte leider nur lauwarm serviert wurden. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Unterhaltung im Hotel entsprach ebenfalls höchsten Ansprüchen. Die Zimmer waren zwar nicht mehr dem aktuellen Standard entsprechend, jedoch war die Einrichtung ansprechend.
