The penthouse I got is spacious but it never clean for my 6 nights and no change bedding at all it hasn’t have a kettle for tea and coffee eve asked for the refrigerator small it never get cool, the air conditioner it was central it wasn’t option , no blankets. The bathroom boiler it was rubbish you can’t mixed hot and cold water. The there is no to have breakfast or lunch in hotel even around it but maybe good for self-catering if providing cooker and cabinets other problem communication in English however it was quite very away from market and center and sea.

I recently stayed at the Flamingo Residence and I really enjoyed my stay, the resort was quaint and cosy, good AC system, balcony view was amazing facing the mountains and the swimming pool was really good. The staff were so friendly and professional and helped us with everything, I highly recommend this resort.

We arrived to the hotel room and the smell of the room was so strong and bad , we couldn’t stay another minute . We tired to open all the windows and balcony door however we couldn’t get rid of the horrible smell. The bed sheets had stains all over them and also stunk. The pictures of the properly on this site is all false and does not look like this in real life . There is no beach outside and the pool also looks old and dirty .

Reality was a shame
We stayed 4 people and had one double bed in the room. Ended up sleeping on a sofa which did not look clean and was extremely uncomfortable. Prices of food including snacks were a stupid charge and left me without nothing to drink. Rooms did not satisfy me at all. The hotel says all inclusive but did not even give us water or anything to drink in the rooms. Did not satisfy my needs as a hotel and definitely will not recommend. The only good thing about this hotel is the immaculate views the area offers of the mountains. But i am sure ‘konyaalti’ the area of this hotel offers better options nearby.

The location is not crowded and at the west part of antalya..for me it was convenient ..there is many stores and shops around the hotel..but you need a car ..there is cleaning every three days ... the apartment was good and clean...the price was a good deal...the staff are helpful and can provide you the help you need

Don’t even think about it
Worst stay ever. The room is available on the sixth floor where the lift doesn’t go. The room was dingy and smelled the whole time. I literally stayed for 15 mins but couldn’t bear it anymore so had to leave the hotel. Its far off from the main city. You can get better options in the same amount. The pictures are very misleading.

Hello, the room you have booked does not have an elevator exit in 2 blocks. We also tell you how to exit the room when handing over the key, but we do not accept the odor problem related to the room. Because our rooms are cleaned and disinfected every day and balcony doors are always left open. For this reason, it cannot be the cause of any bad odor in the room. As an extra, we would like to point out that the photos of our rooms and the appearance of our rooms are the same, there is no change.

The apartment was nice and spacious lovely ppl at the front desk always willing to help. Stayed for 16 nights cannot fault it at all. Very convenient if you have a car.

В общем хорошо, но хотелось бы ещё лучше. Пыль за диванами, волосы в душевой, унитаз не промыт. Заселились в номер 2 взрослых с детьми 4 и 7, постельное белье сразу было приготовлено только на 2-х спальной кровати. 2 дивана было без белья. Просила 2 раза, забрала уже на ресепшене сама на 3 раз. А вообще персонал доброжелательный, отель нам понравился, есть детский бассейн,завтрак за отдельную плату, мини магазинчик внизу. Помогли с чемоданами при заезде и отъезде. Корпуса новые, бассейн между 2 высокими корпусами красиво смотрится! , И тут же горы видны! Класс!Глаза радовались. Лифт есть. Балкон есть. Посоветовала бы повесить на стену инструкцию, как пользоваться жалюзами на балконе .в номере 404 было не жарко даже без кондера при 35 градусах на улице. В основном во многих отелях, где я останавливалась за последнее время,дышать без кондера невозможно, а здесь норм. Напротив отеля большая детская площадка и тренажёры - нам это тоже было важно.

Доброжелательные девушки на ресепшен. Отдыхали осенью здесь и решили неделю в январе провести. Все отлично, только стало как-то грязно. Окна немытые, пыли много на стенах. Уборку провели за неделю 1 раз. Но мы сами убирались. Удобно, что разрешают приглашать в гости друзей. Также разрешили выехать в 13:30. Удобно, как дома. Магазины рядом . После шумных отелей здесь очень комфортно.

Skuffende lokation.
Hotel lejligheden var rigtig fin, dog virkede den mindre end det der var beskrevet i annoncen. De gæster hotellet henvendte sig til var primært arabiske eller muslimske familier og vi følte næsten at vi var forkerte når vi lå bed poolen iført badedragt eller bikini. Selve hotellet lå meget langt væk fra byen og alle seværdighederne. Det krævede kendskab til bus eller vilje til at betale en stor del for transport med taxa for at opleve noget. De ture hotellet kunne hjælpe med var generelt alt for dyre. Ikke et hotel for familier der ønsker at opleve andet end burka svømning og ro på værelser. Vi havde indtryk af at hotellet lå tættere på by og liv men det var langtfra korrekt.

Ailesiyle gelip gün boyu dışarıda olacak, yattığı vakitte gürültü istemeyenler için iyi bir mekan.Biz çatı katında sorunsuz bir şekilde 3 kişi kaldık. Yatak temiz ve rahattı ancak banyoda havalandırmanın olmaması ve çekyatın üstündeki sigara lekeleri hoş değildi.
