とても快適
リーズナブルだったし、部屋もきれいで広くとても快適でした。皆さんフレンドリーで、おすすめのホテルです。ただ、フロントの男性の1人は外から戻って声掛けしても挨拶もなく（愛想が必要だとは思いませんが）、感じが悪かったです。

Thr hotel staff were very nice and always helpful. Convenient to the walk to the city center or take the bus which stopped just by tje hotel.

Excellent Hotel in Konstanz
Very enjoyable stay. Room was very spacious and well equipped. The only problem was that the electric curtain closing didn't work very well. Nice breakfast. All very clean. Desk staff were very friendly. Location was very good as was the secure car parking

Overall this was a nice place to stay. The room was fine and breakfast and property was nice. Our view was of an unattractive building next door. They can’t necessarily do anything about that, but it does detract a bit from my rating. We also wished there was a mini fridge in the room. They were nice about refrigerating what we needed for us. Overall the staff was nice and helpful and the stay was good.

This was a great place to stay. Breakfast was great and the dinner at the restaurant was also good. Only complaint was that the beds are very firm.

Fun modern hotel for all types of guests
Nice hotel, it’s new, clean and good walking distance from the altstadt old town. They offer complementary bus tickets as well, which is nice in case of bad weather. The hotel looks very beautiful, but a bit safe/boring in its design choices. This can feel a bit standard and anonymous, but the very warm and welcoming staff (Maximilian especially) made us feel at home and welcome. We had a suite which had 2 floors and a stairs which was a lot of fun for our daughter. And convenient for the parents to still have a drink when the little one is sleeping. The room was in very good condition and it was super clean! Room for improvement would be the weak airconditioning and the very bad coffee at breakfast (great coffee machines though)

Das Personal war nicht unfreundlich, aber etwas gleichgültig. Teilweise verstehen sie schlecht deutsch. Es ist nicht unbedingt kundenfreundlich, wenn jeden Tag ein anderes Team zuständig ist. Da gibt es immer Kommunkationsverlust und der Gast muss alles dreimal erklären. Daher nicht vollste Zufriedenheit.

Zwar nicht ganz zentral gelegen, aber immer noch in Gehdistanz zur Fussgängerzone, in ca 10min mit einem schönen Spaziergang erreicht wird. Das Hotel schien an meinem Wochenende ausgebucht, was beim Check-in zu etwas längeren Wartezeiten und beim Frühstück zu einem Platz in der Lounge statt am Tisch führte. Das sind aber such schon die einzigen Negativpunkte! Das Einzelzimmer war toll, das Bett bequem, die Fensterbank sehr geschätzt, das Bad ist nicht zu klein und hat gute Ablageflächen und alles war picobello sauber. Alle angetroffenen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zum Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl, die bis zum Schluss nachgefüllt wurde. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen🙂

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war absolut in Ordnung. Das Frühstück musste man zu einer bestimmten Zeit einnehmen und hatte dafür nur 45min Zeit zur Verfügung. Wohl aus Corona-Zeiten übrig geblieben, hat aber nichts mit Spontanität und Gemütlichkeit zu tun, die man sich in den Ferien erhofft.

Sehr nettes Personal, schöne Zimmer, Lage könnte etwas ruhiger sein (direkt an einer Hauptstr.) Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig aber wenig Abwechselung bei längeren Aufenthalten.
