ein sehr geräumiges Haus
Es ist ein sehr schönes und großes Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super, ein sehr netter Herr. Die gute Seele vor Ort war der Hausmeister, er hat uns alles gezeigt und zusammen mit uns alle Zähler abgelesen für die Nebenkostenabrechnung.
Das wussten wir schon von den anderen Bewertungen, also keine große Überraschung. Der Weg zum Wasser ist zwar etwas weiter, aber Dank der guten Beschreibung von Hr. Portka haben wir auch einen kostengünstigen Parkplatz gefunden.
Fazit: alle aus der Familie waren zufrieden,

Wunderbare Unterkunft für Großfamilien
Wir waren insgesamt 4 Famililen, je 2 Erwachsene + Kinder. Das Haus ist sehr groß und der Zustand entspricht den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder herkommen. Wobei der Strand 3,5 km mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Aber auch 2,5 km hätten wir nicht zu Fuß zurück gelegt ;-)
Allerdings hatte die Endabrechnung einen leichten Nachgeschmack:
- Die End-Reinigung kostet 150 €. Für so ein großes Haus mit Garten ist es angemessen. Aber eine Info in der Anzeige wäre gut gewesen.
- Für 6 Nächte haben wir dann noch 175 € für Strom, Gas, Wasser bezahlt. Dabei haben wir nicht mal den Whirlpool und die Sauna benutzt. Die Heizung war auch kaum an. Der Grund ist, dass (z.B.) der Strom mit 3,80 zl je kwh berechnet wurde. Gemäß Vermieter ist das der Preis, da er als Unternehmer und nicht als Privatperson den Strom bezieht. Privatperson zahlen aktuell nur rund 0,85 zl.
Dennoch: Tolles Haus, schöner Garten, gute Ausstattung. Empfehlenswert, wenn man Urlaub in XXL machen möchte.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus.
Es bietet viel Platz und ist sehr schön eingerichtet.
Die Zimmer sind groß und schön hell, alles sehr sauber.
Die Kommunikation m d Vermieter war sehr gut.
Sehr großer Garten mit Grill, Liegen, Tennisplatte, alles gut für Familien mit Kindern. Bis zum Strand sind es allerdings ca. 3 km nicht 300 m!! Aber man kommt gut mit d Auto dort hin, dafür ist es angenehm ruhig!
Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter.

Ein wunderschöner Großfamilienurlaub.
Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem geräumigen und gemütlichen Haus verbracht. Es hat 8 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder und eine Sauna, die perfekt für unsere große Gruppe waren. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen und grünen Gegend, aber nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns viele Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Urlaub in XXL
Großes Haus mit vielen Räumen. Es stehen 4 Fahrräder im Keller, die genutzt werden können. Sehr ruhige Lage und nette Nachbarn. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war außergewöhnlich gut. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich sehr um unser Wohl. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine Tolle Woche,voll Spass
Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und 8 Kindern im Alter von 8-14Jahren für eine Woche da.
Das Haus war super,genug Platz für alle.
Der Garten lud zu tollen Grillabenden,Wasserballschlachten und gemütlichen Beisamen sein ein,selbst bei schlechten Wetter.Im Erdgeschoss eine Saune,sowie ein Whirlpool versorgte gross und klein mit Spass.
Bis zum Strand waren es ca.10km,mit der nahe gelegenen Bushaltestelle kein Problem,selbst mit dem Taxi lief alles reibungslos.
Der Vermieter freundlich,alle Absprachen liefen Problemlos.
Der Hausmeister war rund um die Uhr erreichbar und Einsatzbereit.
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus gebucht mit 17 Personen. Dieses Haus hatte alles, was wir erwartet haben. Der Garten war eine Freude für die Kinder, die sich dort voll austoben konnten.
