The Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata is a stunning property. I spent two nights there, and the rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. With so many various cuisines offered, the breakfast was fantastic. We had dietary restrictions, so the chef made sure the meal was prepared in accordance with them, and the dinner was quite tasty. The hotel is ideally situated in close proximity to the airport. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Very comfortable stay. Staff was very polite and helpful. Loved their hospitality. Special mention for dining hall staff member Shubhojit who went out of his way to help .

This was an excellent experience! The staff are simply excellent, food was great, room had a gorgeous view, everybody seemed to be willing to bend backwards to accomodate the needs of the guests which was so refreshing and gratifying. While everyone did a great job, a few names that really set examples of superb customer service were Subhrojit, Biswas, Yasmen and all front desk staff including aman and sindhu. Highly recommend a stay here, I will be coming back!

A nightclub
A nightclub ! No surprise here because it is India. Third floor and railway side, you can see the terrase from your room. It starts gently and then quickly to maximum noise to punish you trying to get rest. Good place if you like nightlife eventually. Breakfast and dinner buffet feel like a chinese "all you can eat".

Vi fik et ikke ordentligt rengjort værelse. Og måtte ring til dem 2 gang før de kom og gjord noget ved det. Og det kunne ha været en god ide fra deres side og oplyse om at der var bryllup på hotellet. = larm til sent og tid larm igen. Ellers var sikkerhed og alt andet helt fint

Front office is the best!
Had a miss-understanding and it was very well taken-care by front office Manager Debolina. Please ignore my previous review and surely i will visit Fairfeild again, if life gives us another chance. Great location, Good caring managers for my mother. Thanks again. 10 on 10!!!

Just stayed there for a night. Location is good , convenient for airport transit. Room was clean with all amenities. Size of room is slightly small. Breakfast variety and spread is nice. Enjoyed our stay. Would like to stay again.

The ceiling of the bathroom of the given room was full of mould. I refused to stay in that and they changed the room for me. But that room was not ready. I had to keep calling for everything from bath mat to shower gel. After they confirmed the be room being ready, I found they didn't give a single tissue. I stopped calling. The dinner and breakfast was average for a five star property. Live counters won't start before 8 am.

Our stay was ok. Debolina Roy was of big help getting us the right room. Night was disturbing from the next rooms, very noisy. At the restaurant we found Mithun who was very polite, helpful and did a good service.

Awesome stay at the hotel
It’s was short and sweet trip at this property. The location and the ambience of this hotel is awesome. I would prefer to stay at this hotel whenever I visit to the city. Keep it up the hotel management…..you guys are fantastic.

Excellent stay🙂
Excellent location close to Kolkata IT hub. Stsying here is always comfortable and satisfactory. All the hotel staff and managers are very nice and friendly and will always try their level best to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as they can.

I loved everything about the property and my stay; however, I was not too fond of squeezing soap and shampoo out of a bottle. The container was too hard to press, which will not work well with the qelderly and people with diabetes.

I travel globally. Call me biased but Asian hotels are the best when it comes to friendliness and the courtesy of the staff. Pretty good. Standards are good all around. The corridors of the floor could have been a bit cleaner, everything else was perfect. Buffet layout is great., selection, presentation and taste is great. Bar is great too. Definitely recommend, value for money, great place to stay

It was a great stay. we stayed here for 3 days. the service is amazing. the morning breakfast is so yummy with multiple options. you should add breakfast with room. food is little costly here. as the brand, it should be 😅 outside food is not allowed here but you can order from swiggy and zomato and pick the food from outside of hotel. i did it and no one had asked any question. it's a non smoking hotel so you can't smoke inside the room. you can use washroom but there is one shop just outside the hotel. i went there to smoke. they have one bar where you can have drink and smoke. you can food order 24 hours but as i have mentioned, it's little costly. the view from room was amazing.
