I chose this property because it boasted a swimming pool. When I arrived, I was told it was closed for the winter. I wish they’d told me beforehand. However they upgraded me to a suite. It is a good hotel, a bit soulless but it is situated away from the mayhem that is Central Kolkata. There is good mall nearby and a few decent eateries.

Very dirty bathrooms and room. Towel are all worn down. Vanity in the bathrooms have stain same with toilet seats. Service quality is also not appreciable, ordered a glass, it took them multiple reminders and over 45 mins to get. Ice bucket did not have any tong so had to use hands to take out ice cubes.

Very professional staff. Food is great. Rooms are good but a bit small. Checkout was a bit erratic- had to wait to lot before I got my itemised food bill.

Bathroom dint have hot water... the shower also had no water pressure. Other than that it was an absolutely comfortable stay.

学会で利用。ホテル周辺には飲食店も少しあります。タクシーでホテルに向かいました。スタッフの対応はとても丁寧で、英語もわかりやすい。部屋は清潔で、シャワーもお湯が出ます。部屋のサービスに関しては全く問題ないと思います。朝食は普通でした。 周辺は夜間は暗くなるので、Uber等の足が必要です（どこもそうですが）
