Sijainti hyvä. Ladut lähellä. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet esim. Yllästunturille. Mukavan tilava ja siisti asunto. Nurkkasohva ja nojatuoli olivat huonossa kunnossa. Mikroaalto uuni ei toiminut
