Wooden semi-detached house located in the Sport resort Ylläs (Ylläsjärvi) area, built in 2007. Downstairs: combined living room/kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, utility room, washroom, electric sauna, 2 x toilets and warm storage/maintenance room (lubricating rack). Upstairs: bedroom with 2 beds and open loft space with 140 cm bed and extra mattresses for two. Baby gate both upstairs and downstairs. The cottage has broadband connections, complete mechanical ventilation, allergy-friendly. Wifi, 500Mb with fiber optic connection.
