Experience the unique atmosphere of this carefully and preciously restored coastal villa in Koksijde. Every stone, every beam tells a story, while the high-quality finish and modern amenities ensure a stay in style. Perfect for families or small groups of up to five people who value quality and authenticity.

Inside, you will find an elegant living room with a fireplace and digital TV, a tastefully decorated dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, capsule espresso machine and Senseo coffee machine. The private infrared sauna with outdoor shower offers a moment of wellness after a day at the seaside. The children's room and extra single bed make the house particularly family-friendly.

Your own green retreat
The beautifully landscaped, enclosed garden of 1650 m² offers ultimate privacy and an oasis of tranquillity. Enjoy breakfast in the first rays of sunshine or let the children play carefree. One pet is welcome (at an additional cost). Three private parking spaces ensure a carefree arrival and departure.

Großartig und sehr gerne wieder!

Die Bilder sind toll, aber in Wirklichkeit war es noch viel schöner! Die Vermieter sind toll und kümmern sich bei Fragen direkt und ohne zu zögern. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. der Garten ein Traum und unser Vierbeiner konnte sich auch mal ohne Aufsicht austoben. Wenn wir mehr Sterne geben könnten, würden wir dies tun.
