Check in process was really frustrating, got moved from one location to another, would have been good to have known this from the start. Nobody at the reception desk ever, really difficult when you need tissue paper or even during checkout, waited 15 minutes until someone arrived. Apart from that room was clean and had all the basics, it is exactly what you pay for. Good location

In the middle of things but run down

Poor first impression...hard to find as there were other White hotels and we were at the second one. Door locks only handle and the slider had been ripped off. Looked into alley way. GF did not feel safe.

Living on a budget on Phi Phi Island

This hotel is very affordable and dead smack in the center of the town it’s nice to walk out the hotel and be near great restaurants and my favorite bar The Tree House

Avoid like the plague

Girl at check in desk barely understood english and struggled to process that i had booked a room via expedia. Room was not cleaned once during our 5 night stay. Ants everywhere, woke up every morning with bites most likely from bed bugs as they looked completely different to our mosquito bites. Beds were rock hard and did not get a good night sleep once. The place is a dump that is clearly not well looked after

Il est vrai que c'est un bon compromis pour y dormir une nuit ou deux. L'accueil n'est pas génial, pas de service petit déjeuner, le ménage vraiment vite fait. Ce lieu ne vend pas du tout de rêve, ce qui est embêtant quand on est sur cette île...il y a des spots un peu plus cher avec piscine à débordement et vue sur l'île...

Hotel bem localizado

Ótima localização e quarto grande. As camas eram desconfortáveis e o staff era extremamente rude, mas está próximo ao lugar onde o ferry chega ( 10 min andando ), ou seja, é conveniente. Tem um 7 eleven ao lado também.

Ok for the price

A decent hotel for the price. Great location. Our room didn't get cleaned for the whole three days. They could at least change sheets and towels and bring more toilet paper without the guests having to ask for it. Seemed like the hoasts didn't even care about their guests. However, I forgot my phone's memory card in my room after we had checked out, and when I came back to ask for it they had found it. So I'm really glad about that, otherwise I would have lost over 4000 photos.

This hotel was within easy walk from the pier in the narrow streets of phi phi Great location but noisy at night but to be expected on phi phi!! The staff were awful we were checked in by what appeared to be a 10 year old girl who had no idea The staff didn't speak to us once after many hellos and goodbyes but hey it was cheap and convenient!

Decent and pretty cheap

We stayed 3 nights in "The white 2". Location was good as it was close to all the bars and restaurants, as well to the pier. Did not get soaps while room was made, and since reception closes early, one time we had no soaps for the night. Wifi was good, AC as well. Overall, it wasn't our most pleasant stay, but it had everything we needed.

Cheap hotel, enough for sleeping

Small room but good for the price ratio. Location is in the middle of Phi Phi and very easy to get around to both sides of bay. WIFI keeps getting disconnected frequently, but works anyway. Bed is quite good for sleeping but a/c quite noisy. Sink did have problems, it leaked and water went down to sink very slowly. It took hour for water from brushing teeth to go down. Room number was I7, second floor. There was no cleaning for our stay 3 days, we didn't specifically ask for it either. Clean towels we got from downstairs reception when we asked for them. For this price we could stay here again.

relatively good place

I've had some problems finding the hotel because the map location is completely wrong. Then I passed the white hotel 2 and the staff didn't speak any English. when I found the white hotel they told me my booking was relocated to the white hotel 2 because the #1 is full. other than that I didn't have any problems...the room was nice, location is in in the center but away enough that all the parties don't bother you if you want to sleep.

Nice hotel good location for young people

Moved us to the White hotel 2 but it was nicer there anyway. Good location, ended up staying an extra night phi phi is so lovely. Was a good hotel for a chilled out stay in phi phi. They cleaned the room everyday.

Es lindo lugar, cómodo y seguro. Nosotros justo estuvimos una semana en la que la recepcionista se tomó vacaciones, así que vimos mucha desorganización y desatención. Estuvimos 4 días y ninguno de los días hicieron el servicio de limpieza y la reposición del agua mineral embotellada que enumeran dentro de los servicios que incluye el precio. El router del wifi está ubicado en la recepción y la señal es baja y no llega a las habitaciones. Lo mejor del hotel, es que comparte la recepción con una miniagencia de viajes, atendida por Susan, una thailandesa muy simpática y servicial! Realmente nos quedamos en este Hotel porque Susan nos vibró muy buena energía, caso contrario hubiéramos estado la mitad de las noches allí.

Lovely hotel

Great location and easy to find. A 2 minute walk to the bars and 5 minute walk to the beach. Room was spacious with a good bathroom - perfect little bit of luxury for two backpackers :-)

Great for Young Travelers

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and had an absolute blast! this hotel is located in the heart of all the fun. If you don't like partying and aren't good with people partying until the wee hours then I don't suggest you stay here..because you can hear people from the hotel room. It didn't bother us though, it wasn't that loud.
