そこそこ

船着場からそんなに遠くなく、周辺にレストランやバー、コーヒーショップ、コンビニがあり便利。部屋でWi-Fiも利用可能でただ寝るだけという人には向いている。ホットシャワーも利用可能であった。

騒音 too noisy

設備は、安いなりのもので見合っていたと思う。部屋の清潔さは、許せないほど汚くはなかった。快適さは、夕方17：30くらいから夜の24時すぎても隣の店のクラブのような大音量の音楽が鳴り続け、建物が揺れていた・・・そして、毎晩酔っぱらいがホテルの前を練り歩き、叫んでいた・・・さらに、毎晩隣の部屋？の宿泊者が同居人に締め出され、ドアを蹴りながら大声で開けてくれーと叫んでいた・・・毎晩眠れず、4日間予約していたが2日で他の島に移動した。キャンセル料は、ホテルのサイトに交渉した結果、3000ポイント戻してくれるとメールが来たが、戻ってきていない・・・

Nothing special

Sufficient but not great. The room was generally clean but the sheets were old and you could see traces of old stains. This particular room was on the ground floor with a window looking into the hall. Location is good, near lots of nightlife, but it may be a bit loud as a result. Note that there are limited check in hours, we arrived about 21:00 and someone had to call someone else to come and bring us the key.

Ça sentais la boula mite et semblais pas très propre. on a pris un forfait bateau qu’on a un peu regretter (pour même prix avec bateau plus rapide, on aurais pu faire plus de plage et de visite sur les îles vu pas perte de temps dans transport) vendu par propriétaire de la place

It is a very simple room and place.

The location is great. And for the price I'd be surprised if you could beat it. It isn't anything amazing, it's very simple. You can hear some street noise, but very little with the windows closed.

Location was pretty good but the room was pretty small and wasn’t cleaned right when we got there. We couldn’t control the air con so it was on full speed the whole and it got really cold in that small room. We tried to ask for extra blankets but that was a mission itself. No one spoke English there. Would I stay there again?! Maybe if they did some work to the rooms and put the time to clean it right but other than that nope.

The location is great, however, there is a bar which has loud music until midnight. Besides, the picture of the room on internet is not exactly the same which was provided, that was too bad. The value of the overall is average. The price should be lower than that it is called.

Den här den basta hotell som jag har vart i Jag kan inte säga vad men på alla sätt är dåligt dessutom de har lurat oss på 1000 but Dom har inte lämna tillbaka var 1000 som depression pengar !!

Estadia ok.

O quarto atendeu minhas necessidades, pois passava o dia fora e voltava somente para dormir. Fica no meio do cebtrinho comercial, na maioria das vezes fica silencioso a noite, mas como tem bares bem próximos, as vezes vem uns festeiros fazer barulho na sua janela de madrugada. Eles só limpam se você ir até a recepção solicitar. Não oferecem café da manhã. No banheiro sai um cheiro ruim da pia principalmente nas horas de mais calor do dia, mas acho q eh comum isso na ilha. Eu colocava um pano úmido para tampar enquanto tomava banho.

Closed Check in at hotel at 9pm

Upon arrival at the hotel, check in was closed and no one was there. Had to book a hostel instead. Next day went back and was told check in was at the travel agency location on the boardwalk, how was i supposed to know that, asked for a refund and was told to contact expedia

All you need in the center of Ko Phi Phi Don

No frills but clean, well taken care of no nonsense room in prime location on the island. Close to pier, all bars and both sides of the water. I didn’t personally have a problem with noise. If you’re traveling by yourself or w a significant other and want to balance comfort and price, this is the best. All you need. Bed, a/c, hot water (small balcony even). I extended my stay and would come back. Don’t expect a luxurious resort or anything though. This is a guest house w the basics.

Upon checking in I was escorted away from the desk down the Main Street to a random door, upstairs were rooms above shops, which was fine, no complaints there.. however when I needed to check out to get the ferry at 9am, I chose to attempt to check out at 8. No sign of anyone, 8:15 a man appears to mop so I asked him what’s happening... he said she’s sleeping. After 10 minutes he comes back and says she’s in the shower... after another 15 minutes, still no sign. Eventually he takes the key and receipt from me and appears with my key bond back. I don’t know why he didn’t do this in the first place... so, if u need to check out earlier, maybe double check the day before that someone may be there.

Good for an overnight stay

You get what you pay for. Nothing special, room was a little dirty. Host at the front was very kind & helpful. Super convenient location, right at the heart of Ton Sai Bay & pier that takes you to Phuket & Krabi.

Terrible hotel

One simple word to describe this hotel: TRAGEDY, avoid if you can! There was no hot water, dirt everywhere, bedding was smelling terrible, torn, dirty towels, not confy, noisy bed, hotel needs for sure renovation! Room was depressing, we did not even want to come back there any day, hotel not worth its price. Hotel staff was neutral, did not help but also did not annoy. Positive aspect was location - close to everywhere, near harbor, near the beach, near city center. If you don't have a good sleep at night you will have problems with noisy partying around the hotel. Will not come back there for sure!

Noise hotel

We are decided to stay on phi phi in last moment, so we just need place to sleep in one night. Although this is not cheapest hotel in this area it looks very cheap, no shampoo in a room, very noisy at night.

hotel bem localizado e bom

O quarto fica subindo as escadas atras de uma porta escondida entre duas lojas, na esquina depois da recepção. Não há controle de entrada mas não tivemos problema. É de bom tamanho, bem mobiliado, com AC e cofre, cama boa, banheiro com bom tamanho e limpo. Achamos bom. A localização é ótima, perto do pier e de tudo no centro de Phi Phi. Andando bem pouco vc está nas praias (dos dois lados). É o preço médio da área, todas as gursthouses por ali custavam por volta desse valor (800 baht sem AC, a partir de 1200 com). Para ficar mais uma noite mudamos para o The Beacha Club, que é mais confortável e fica na praia mesmo, pagando mais, mas é muito mais barulhento, na área das baladas.

good location for nightlife - noisy and smelly

The place was a bit hard to find- the location shown on Hotels.com when booking was different to the actual location shown on google maps when we arrived on Phi Phi island. We ended up having to ask locals for help. The room was clean, aircon worked well, shower had warm water however the bathroom had a funny smell and the whole room felt a little damp. The location is prime if your into nightlife and the beach, however there will be slight noise.
