Zimmer war gut Personal freundlich Trotzdem gab es überhaupt kein „Hier sind sie willkommen“-Gefühl. Beim Einchecken wurde nichts erklärt, sondern direkt die 1000 THB für den Schlüsselpfand eingefordert. Im Zimmer dann auch keine Infos, sondern ein dicker Ordner mit Strafen für geklautes Inventar. Frühstück war mäßig und lieblos. Keine Kaffee-Varianten, wenig Auswahl. Satt wurde Man(n) aber. Pool war tot und mit Algen bewachsen (im Rahmen, aber zeigte, dass er nicht gut gepflegt wird. Gym wurde früh abgeschlossen und einige Geräte sind (wohl schon länger) defekt. Bar war super teuer und hat bei bei meiner einzigen Bestellung direkt mal mehr abgerechnet, als bestellt. Richtig ruhig ist es nicht, aber es liegt halt an einer Hauptstraße Zusammenfassung: Das Hotel schafft es nicht den Gast in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen und lässt seine wenigen Mitarbeiter mit dieser Management-Entscheidung allein. Wir haben fast 200 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt. Das ist es in keinem Fall wert.

近くにスーパーやコンビニもあり、立地は大変良かったですし、朝食も毎日色々なものが食べられて良かったです。 スタッフのみなさんもにこやかな方が多く、概ね快適な滞在となりました。 唯一の難点はシャワーの温度です。お湯の出が悪いのかかなりぬるめのシャワーを浴びました。

Déception : manque d'entretien général

En tant que travel planer pour une agence de voyage française, je venais en repérage pour tester de nouvelles adresses à proposer à mes voyageurs. Verdict : je déconseille formellement cet hôtel. Il existe de bien meilleures adresses à un prix similaire plus au sud. L'absence d'entretien et de propreté au niveau des espaces communs du côté des bungalows est inadmissible : déchets entre les bungalows, tas de feuilles non ramassées, couleur de l'eau de la piscine douteuse (verdâtre), allées en mauvais état, deux cafards morts dans le bungalow à notre arrivée, équipements de la chambre abîmés... L'espace autour de la piscine n'est pas accueillant. De l'autre côté du restaurant, la partie buildings avec pelouse semble mieux entretenue. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à conseiller, les plats sont froids, et le personnel inexistant et inefficace comme partout dans l'hôtel. Parmi les points positifs, il faut noter l'emplacement au cœur d'une station balnéaire et à proximité des commerces, la literie de bonne qualité, la décoration de la chambre. Autre bémol, la plage n'est pas très praticable à cet endroit en raison des rochers. Je voyage depuis plus de 20 ans en Thaïlande et en Asie en général. Et il m'est rarement arrivé de voir un hôtel de ce standing si mal géré.

Två trevliga veckor!

Vi spenderade två veckor på Grand View. Vi hade en mycket bra tid där. Vi hade turen att det inte var så mycket folk där så det var lugnt å skönt. Bra rum, trevlig personal, bra pool område. Frukosten var toppen!

Good location. Property is a little tired and could do with updating. Shower pressure is very low and almost impossible to get a descent shower. Pool could do with a good clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Litt kostbart i forhold til standard

Hadde ett flott opphold her. Enkel grei resort. Hyggelig og smilende betjening. Flott basseng, men litt lite solsenger. Flott og grønn hage. Hadde en garden villa nr 103 og var veldig fornøyd med det. Hadde faktisk sjøutsikt. Greit utvalg til frokost men lokalene var meget enkle. Litt dyrt i forhold til standard.

改装中でちょっと残念。

ホテルの従業員はとても親切で、対応は良かった。 ただ、ホテルが改装中で、プールなど入れないことがあった。 ホテルの前は海だが、崖になっていて、ビーチまでは少し歩く必要がある。 ホテルのシャワーと洗面所の間にほぼ段差がなく、洗面所・トイレがシャワー使用後びちょびちょになった。 海はとっても透明度が高くキレイ。 人も少なくゆっくりできるビーチです。

잔반적으로 좋았던 리조트.

풀엑세스룸에 5박 있었어요. 수영장을 좀더 프라이빗하게 사용하고 싶어서 그렇게했는데 굳이 그럴 필요가 없을 뻔 했어요. 비수기라서 메인풀은 아예 운영을 하지 않아 호텔의 다른룸 투숙객들이 저희 룸 앞의 수영장을 이용하더라구요. 그래도 다른 분들은 수영장을 많이 이용 안하긴 했어요. 그점과 조식 빼고는 모두 좋았어요. 조식은.... 제 입에는 별로였어요.. ㅜㅠ 그래서 항상 11시쯤 따로 또 나가서 식사를 했습니다. 정원이 매우 관리가 잘 돼있어요. 정원 청소하시는 분이 정말 부지런하셔서 볼때마다 빗자루로 쓸고 계셨고. 룸 앞에 따로 쓰레기통이 있는데 그곳도 넘치는 일 없이 항상 깨끗이 비워주십니다. 하우스키핑 후에는 방향제를 뿌려주는지 항상 좋은 향기가 났어요. 참. 하우스키핑할때는 미리 리셉션에 오후 3시전에 말씀하셔야 하는데 룸에 전화기가 없어서 직접가서 말씀하셔야 하는 수고로움이 있습니다. 룸뷰는 거의 모든 룸이 sea view였던것 같고.. 너무 좋았어요 바다로 내려가는 계단이 무서워서 처음에는 잘 못나갔다가 나중에는 방법을 터득하고서 만 5세6세 애들 둘 저 혼자 데리고 다녔어요. 파도도 너무 신나게치고 바다갔다 바로 들어와서 물로 행굴수 있으니 그점도 최고. 계단밑에 돌이 많아 겁이 나는데 정 가운데로 가면 모래이니 글루 내려가시면 됩니다. 메인거리와는 거리가 좀 있지만 크게 불편하진 않아요. 그랜드뷰 근처 마사지 샵들이 메인거리보다 50밧 더 저렴해서 좋아요. 애들때문에 받아보진 못했습니다 ㅜㅋ 가족여행보다는 커플여행에 제격일것 같은 편안한 휴식을 위한 최고의 리조트였어요. 만약 다시 간다면 저는 조식은 신청안할거에요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 다음에 애들 놓고 남편과 둘이 가면 여기 너무 좋을것 같습니다 굿굿.

nice place, good staff, good location, good room and amenities, only downsides were the beach disappears at higher tides and the hotel should not advertise a double bed when they provide two singles put together

tolle Lage aber strand etwas entfernt. direkt am Resort sind steine am Ufer. aber sehr schöner Pool und Fitnessraum auch. saubere Bungalos , dicht im Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Bars.aber vieles ist sehr teuer geworden auch durch den starken thailändischen Bath. Garküchen muss man Glück haben um eine sehr gute und auch hygienisch positiv wirkende zu finden. Frühstück im Resort etwas eintöing mit Omlette und spiegelei. Saft aus Automat war oft zu stark konzentriert und für unseren Geschmack zu süß. wunderschön gelegen am Meer im Garten mit alten Bäumen.
