A Memorable Stay

Such a unique space. We rented this place for my daughter's graduation weekend for family and friends coming to town. Convenient location, spacious, clean, and easy to get in touch with the host. No issues whatsoever!. I will be staying here again!

Great location for a trip to UTK!

Unique house, just as pictured. Plenty of space, tastefully decorated, very responsive owners. Only reason I gave a 4 for location is because it is tough to get out of the driveway, kind of a blind spot.

Really really nice property. Only issue we had was the next guest renting the property showed up around 9:30 while we were cleaning up and our check out time was 10. It was a bit weird and inconvenient but apparently they booked the unit to set up for an event from 10-11. I think that’s a bit close with our time being 10 to check out. Otherwise, the property was beautiful! No issues at all.
