"I am not registered disabled, but have an arthritic condition which makes walking painful. I arrived before 18:00 but the few spaces near the entrance were all taken up, so I had to park in the general area and walk about 300m with my luggage."

"Obviously a spot for families with kids. Parking is in convenient - long walk. Rooms are a bit dated, needs new TVs."

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
