All guestrooms at Rock & Roll Hotel feature perks such as premium bedding and pillow menus, in addition to amenities like free WiFi and air conditioning.
No towel, No toilet door. Reception closed at 10pm open 9am. Dirty Bed Linen. Full of stains and smells bad. Improvement needed immediately if the owner is still looking for customer coming thru the door.

Booked a room, but was given different room. Room given was different from what being told in the website. Then staff simply said room has been fully booked/ taken by other guest. This was the 2nd time the same thing happened. When we were not happy, staff said we can change room the day after. They think it's funny changing from one room to another? So they expect us to load and unload our stuff again and again? That's not how you run the business. Very poor management, poor staff.
The staff was rude. Couldnt even speak simple native language, which is unacceptable. Had the gut to say it's not their problem, was told the problem is between me and Expedia. What a joke.

First of all it was a dissapointment as I had bokked and payment my booking for a queen bedded room. However to my surprise when I arrived at the hotel to check in, i was told that the queen bedded room was fully booked and only 2 single bedded room was avaivable.
The reason given my the hotel staff was that expedia did not close the booking for the queen bedded room despite informing that it was already full.
Aside, the room was very congested and cleanliness was moderate.
In total it was not a pleasant stay and I would like to here from expedia on this double booking claim.
I have made several bookings thru expedia recently and so far this is the only bad experience.
