In the spacious living room there is a comfortable sofa bed and another open gallery with a 1.80m double bed.
The cozy seating area offers space for 6-8 people and the new fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook extensively. The large open fireplace leaves nothing to be desired.
The apartment is lined all around by a terrace with a view of the Hahnenkamm and offers plenty of space to relax with plenty of seating.
The entire chalet has 3 parking spaces for common use.




In the absolutely quiet part of Kitzbühel you will find this newly designed Alpine style house. Skiing, golfing or hiking, everything in the immediate vicinity. The city center can be reached on foot in 7 minutes and with the view from the terrace you can see the Streif and the Hahnenkamm. The local lifts can be reached with the ski bus (Pfarrau car park), which is a 4-minute walk away. The Hahnenkamm and Hornbahn cable cars can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
