Property is as described, location is 8 minutes to the CLEAN beach, fantastic access to town. Pool, grille, quiet with a beautiful tower? Allowed a beautiful breeze, view of the beach. Dirty deck does have view of beachKitchen good for a trip, had everything (please update the ice cube trays)TV in livingroom a DISASTER, phoned the Southern shores help desk (quick, prompt and helpful) and still didn't have the right access. Comcast/Spectrum needs to be involved, not everyone wants to stream.Bedroom mattress good, linens all professionally cleaned, but institutional. Pillows poor. Major yuck.Interior has had some remodel (need to inspect subflooring in master bathroom).Would we stay at this location again? Yes, This specific property? Maybe

Convenient to the town of Duck and easy access to the beach. Property was well maintained and pool was a good alternative when the water got chilly. Beachfront life without the price!
