The deck is great and has a fabulous view! We loved it out there! The pool was beautiful as well. The property has the potential to be a wonderful vacation home. Unfortunately, there were several cleaning, maintenance, and safety issues that affected our overall experience. The property did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The patio was full of sand and was not usable during our stay. The screens on the sliders were torn and not usable. We experienced a significant electrical issue when one of the bathrooms was without power for 3 days. An electrician did come to repair it. We had maintenance visits daily. If you have seniors coming to the property, be aware there are no handrails on the front steps and no grab bars in the showers. Overall, while the property has a fabulous view and a great deck and pool, we felt that the home needed some love and repair.

Wonderful location. House has everything!

House is in the perfect location. The private pool was amazing. The a few steps down to the beach that was almost empty was fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Only issues one of the TVs in the living room never worked, and we were told that it would be fixed but no one ever showed up.Minor issue though. Would definitely stay here again.
