Welcome to Hillside Studio in Duck. This charming studio is steps from the ocean with its own private parking and access. Full bathroom, kitchenette, king bed, seating area and tv all make for a comfortable and peaceful stay... plus the beach is only a short walk away. Situated just three houses back from the ocean.. this is a great place for a couple to get away or a solo adventure. Please note: this is a STUDIO - meaning it is one room , about 200 sq ft. There is a king size bed and two chairs in the main room and a small kitchenette off of the room, as well as a full bathroom. The town of Duck is only a 5 minute drive with tons of restaurants and shops along the water!

My parents own this home and are here from time to time in the main home. This studio apartment is located on the ground level with private entrance and private parking.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood in Duck with private beach access!

Small but Charming
The rental was small but charming. The renters hospitality was top notch. They stocked beer in fridge and put out chairs, a beach umbrella and surf boards for them to use. They even left notes on the fridge with all of their favorite places to go. The renters just thought of everything. What a wonderful experience!!!!!!!

Convenient place to stay in Duck
Close to the amenities in Duck and the area north of there. Walkable and close beach access. Overall a nice place for an Outer Banks base camp.

Great getaway
It was nice place for our stay. We loved the town of Duck and all of the Outer Banks. Room was small and there was no where to store your belongings. It needs a closet/storage hooks. They also only gave us 2 towels for our entire week. Would have liked to have more linens available. The beach chairs were a plus and the access to the beach area was great! Quiet neighborhood and great walking paths. The shower does need better cleaning and updating.

Cute, quiet and close to beach
The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this spot for a couple on a budget beach vacation.

Cozy
This studio has it all. It was perfect. It has a cozy feeling on the inside. Bed was a very comfortable. Great location to the beach, dining, activities & shopping. We would stay at this place and any other places they rent.

Cute place to stay
This was perfect for me and my boyfriend. It was very close to the beach and we loved having the private beach access. Cute area to sit outside as well as a hammock to lounge on. Appreciated the laundry room. Wish there would have been a closet to hang clothes or a dresser. We only stayed a couple days though so it was fine to live out of our suitcases. My boyfriend and I love the town of Duck.
