A media den on this level offers plenty of seating, as well as a wet bar and an additional full-sized refrigerator, perfect for storing extra food and drinks. A convenient powder room and 2 king en suites round out the main level of this stunning retreat.

Head up to the top level to find the recreation area with a pool table and a wet bar. Four more bedrooms can be found on this level, including 2 king en suites, another king bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. These 2 bedrooms share a full hall bath.

When you’re not spending your days at the beach, relax by your own private soundfront pool! Enjoy plenty of lounge seating, as well as a cabana, perfect for getting some shade or dining al fresco. Unwind in the hot tub before rinsing off in the outdoor shower and grilling up dinner on the poolside gas grill. Also enjoy your own private dock with direct water access, ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, and catching crabs.

The Town of Duck is full of many attractions the whole family is sure to enjoy! Take a leisurely walk on the soundfront boardwalk to check out the shops, or dine at any of the many amazing restaurants the town has to offer. If you’re feeling adventurous, rent jet skis or go parasailing with one of the local watersports companies. The Town of Duck also offers outdoor music at the Duck Town Park, as well as exercise classes, kids activities, and more!
