Sip your morning coffee on the top patio with its wide ocean views. Take in an epic sunset just a short drive away on the boardwalks in Duck. Observe local wildlife on the trails in the Pine Island Audubon Sanctuary, 11 miles away. When you aren't spending the day at the beach, check out some of the area's local attractions like the legendary wild horses of Corolla, the Wright Brothers National Memorial, Jockey’s Ridge State Park, and H2OBX Waterpark. Situated between Kitty Hawk and Duck, you will be poised to explore any of the towns of the Outer Banks. As a part of the Southern Shores community, enjoy access to 33 community beach access walkways, athletic courts, a kayak launch, a pavilion, a playground, and many other natural green spaces.
Upon entering Bel Isle, you'll quickly take notice of the wood-lined interior, gorgeous window views, and open layout. The living room provides a cozy space to gather and watch movies. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped for your culinary adventures, featuring a full suite of appliances and ample meal preparation space. The five bedrooms are all decorated with nautical mementos and cooled by central air, ensuring everyone's comfort.
The screened-in porch is a great space to read, dine, and enjoy marvelous sunrises. The upstairs TV space boasts a work desk, ideal for remote workers. A private washer/dryer and a collection of board games tie together Bel Isle's interior amenities.
As the sun begins to set over paradise, head outside and walk on the beach while enjoying the sunset's orange, yellow, and pink hues fill the sky.

The condition of beach walkways, decks, and stairs changes quickly with wind, weather, erosion, and natural sand migration. We make every effort to maintain the accurate status of home amenities but do not guarantee their complete accuracy due to unexpected changes to the coastline.
Dare County homes: Occupancy limited to (10 = to 2 people per bedroom) as per Dare County septic regulations.
