Updated Home, Very Close to the Beach!

Specially designed for families such as yours, this home features a great room, dining, and fully stocked kitchen on the second level, affording dramatic views. The lookout makes the perfect spot for game time, complete with table and chairs. All the bedrooms are located on the first level, leaving the entire second level for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy extensive outdoor living on the decks and screened porch. The home is fully equipped with everything you will need for your dream vacation, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels.

Additional Ships Watch amenities include solar heated Olympic size swimming pool, children's pool, hot tub, championship tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, and children's playground and activities. There is a 300 foot sound pier and boat ramp for shallow draft boats

Your SW home is completely furnished when you arrive. Fresh bed and bath linens, complete gourmet kitchen, state-of-the-art entertainment system with wet bar and fireplace. For the beach, umbrellas and beach chairs are provided, as well as beach towels, for your convenience.

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely Getaway

Phevens is conveniently located between the beach and the pool/courts. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen! Could not have been more relaxing, a world away from from our every day.
