「To call this hotel a 4 star hotel is a disgrace to actual 4 star hotels; it is maybe 3 stars in its best days, more realistically 2 stars. The amenities themselves are dated, and there is no dependable electric. I had to have the maintenance team come to my room 3+ times to reset the electric for the AC, water heater, etc, before finally just giving up and surrendering to the heat. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere in Paje, there are much nicer properties to choose from. I’m convinced the...

「Uzuri Villa est une maison rare et extraordinaire sur Jambiani. Beaucoup de charme, l’accueil est fait par la chicissime Elga, une jolie italienne amoureuse de Zanzibar. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la nourriture est simple et délicieuse. Un vrai bonheur! La piscine est aussi fabuleuse à pratiquer lorsque la marée est basse . Et pour finir , le personnel fait tout pour nous combler . La situation de Uzuri au bord de la plage permet de suivre toutes les activités des pecheurs , ramasseurs...

「Een top hotel! We hadden een prachtige kamer met zeezicht. Elke dag werd de kamer goed schoongemaakt. Vriendelijk personeel. Het enige puntje is dat het ontbijt wat meer variatie kan gebruiken. Elke ochtend kreeg je hetzelfde menu, eieren met toast/wafel en een stuk fruit. Ook is er rondom de omgeving van het hotel niet veel te beleven en ben je al gauw geneigd om dure excursies te boeken. 」

「Staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was a little sparse but the location and outdoor facilities were great. I stayed in a room facing the ocean. Fantastic. Much better than a pool room. Should note that this hotel will not refund cancellations even though their policy says so. Beware. 」
