It was dirty, the shower was gross and had old hair in it, the carpet had crumbs everywhere, the sink had dirt in it, there were people knocking on the glass door in the morning, and the key cards were not working well, glitching and gave us trouble getting back into our room. it was just not a pleasant ...

クラウン プラザ キッチナー ウォータールー by IHG
The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Front desk service is worse than what can be imagined. Sometimes ask for the same thing 3 times regardless by phone or face to face and still being ignored after told they would do it soon, e.g.lack of body wash, no bath mat, etc.
