Near Grand River hospital, 10 minute walk to Kitchener downtown and 5 mins from Waterloo uptown, within a walking distance from Sunlife insurance head quarter, 5 min drive from University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier, school of pharmacy, and Kitchener/Waterloo campus for McMaster medical school.
