We had some issues with check-in, not being able to get into the unit until after 6pm. However, Tyrone was very apologetic and did what he could to make our stay great. We liked having three bedrooms and the price and location are excellent.

The listing itself was fine, but the check-in process was a serious problem. Keys are held at a convenience store 10 minutes away — which would be workable, except the store's hours had changed and it was closed when I arrived late at night. The host had explicitly assured me keys would be available 24/7, so I had made no backup plan.I was left without access to the rental and had to find and pay for alternative accommodation at the last minute. The host was responsive over messages but unhelpful — repeatedly insisting the store was open despite it clearly not being. The next morning I had to make an additional trip (and pay for another car ride) just to retrieve the keys.The host promised a one-night refund for the trouble. I'm still waiting for it, and they declined to cover the extra transportation cost their misinformation caused.If you're considering this rental: confirm key pickup logistics independently and have a backup plan if arriving late. The experience left a lot to be desired.
