My husband and I are excited to offer the newest addition to our vacation rental homes / properties. We have stayed in 7 different places near Orlando as a family over the years, and this place was one of our favourites! The place was clean, spacious, cozy, and well maintained. If you are looking for a place to relax in the evenings and enjoy outings during the day, I highly recommend staying here!

This house was spotless and well equipped. It was spacious and absolutely perfect for our family of nine. We all loved relaxing in the pool. It was an easy drive to the Disney parks.

The house was fantastic. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Getting to the parks was easy. We enjoyed that the layout of the house was perfect for our group. New appliances and stocked cabinets made quick food prep a breeze. Will definitely stay again on our next Orlando trip!

This property was great . Even tho we were at the parks most of the time it was great to come back and relax after a long day . The hot tub was nice and the kids loved the pool . I would recommend this place . Richard and Cheryl was easy to get Iin touch with .. I give this 5 stars

Very much enjoyed our stay! House was clean, well maintained and equipped. But the key for us was the pool and jacuzzi. It was really nice to get in a warm pool and heated jacuzzi after a round of golf in December. We've been going to FL from PA every Dec for the past 12 yrs. This was BY FAR the best pool/jacuzzi. This house is also well suited for a family; plenty of room and beds. Would definitely recommend this house!

We enjoyed our Mother's Day weekend, the property was very nice, however we only had cable on one TV in the house & the mattress on all beds were tooooo firm.

The house was spotless and well stocked. Nice distance to parks, nice pool. I had fast response from owners with questions I had. The beds and pillows in every room were extremely uncomfortable, I tried each bed. My body actually hurt when I got up. It’s really too bad considering that everything else was great.

The house was great for accommodating my family of 7. The pool and patio made an excellent addition to our travel plans. I didn't meet the host face to face but she was very responsive and friendly during communicating. The house was adequately stacked with towels and kitchen utensils. It wasn't too far from shopping and restaurants but a car is recommended. The gated community was quiet and a security was always at the gate when we came in. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends and would stay again. Thank you for helping us create lasting, great memories. The Culmers

The property and our stay was excellent. The pool was awesome. We were there for a Cheerleading Competition at Orange County Convention Center. The girls really enjoyed themselves in the pool after competing against some strong competitors. There was plenty of eatery close by, well as, WalMart, Publix, and gas stations. But, I do have a few suggestions: 1) Ceiling fans in the upstair bedrooms, it tends to get a little warm upstairs. 2) Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. The sun peaks through the curtains at sunrise. 3) Cable TV in all bedrooms. and 4) Heating element on the dryer needs to be adjusted, it took multiple times for clothing, towels etc to dry… Overall, we would stay again at your home if and when we are visiting Florida. Thanks again for opening your home to us!!

My family and I loved this house. The only thing wrong was that there were about 100 flies in side the house, so anytime we sat to eat or watch tv they were all over us and there were lots of dead flies on the floor that hasn’t been picked up. Also in the garage there seemed to be rat droppings or something in the garage. Outside trash bins where full of flies as well. My last complaint would be the AC. It kept resetting its self or someone kept resetting it to 72. We like it a little cooler then that so we were hot at night. Other then that we loved house. Pool and hot tub where very clean.

Price was good, but they will get you with a bunch of add ons they didn't previously communicated. After reading all the instructions (not in the original ad) you start feeling like they will for sure charge you for something ($50 for laundry, $100 to clean the bbq etc.). We noticed there would be a $100 charge if we did not put the garabge cans out on Sunday night...great, we were only staying Monday (PM check in) to Friday Am...So we checked the cans, they were full : out of good faith, we let the owners know (to ensure we're not being held responsible) - I'll avoid the whole story, but we ultimatey got told we had to put the trash out on another day or we would get charged (we only noticed this the next morning, since we were there for business and were barely at the house)...I had a 5:32am text with a screenshot of the security camera showing we had not put the trash out. Upon chekout, we had another issue and the owners just kept on going about the trash... Avoid this place. To top it off, beds were NOT comfortable. avoid.
