「Cozy, warm, homey, beautiful. Much appreciated.」

「well appointed kitchen, beds comfortable/clean. No HVAC system, room heater wouldn't work, ceiling in living room coming down, screen porch in poor repair, no towels (think at least there should be) no outlet in. bathroom and no place to plug in hair dryer & use a mirror. I had asked for a number to call owner & didn't get one, I arrived late due to numerous traffic delays, used ring doorbell and said to leave a message, as I was walking away it started talking to me and told me where to go....

「We really liked this house. It looks small, but there is room for quite a few people. We enjoyed the decorations and the fire pit by the carport. We want to come back with our daughter and her family in the next couple of years. The only thing we didn't like was that is it no handicap accessible. My husband is disabled and had some difficulty with the steps going into the house and the throw rugs on the floor.」

「Myself and friends went for my birthday- bucket list to dig diamonds. I stayed in cabin #3 and they stayed in #2. I don't require the taj mahal and it worked just fine. It had cold air, a clean nice mini fridge and a microwave (I never used the microwave). The bathroom/ shower house is that of an older well used campground shower house and could use a face lift but gets the job done. 「It is a beautiful and clean home! Well stocked with necessities and plenty of nice to have items. The location is far enough from town that its quiet and not a lot of traffic but close enough to the attractions. The property owner was extremely responsive and welcoming.」

Saw plenty of wildlife including deer, hummingbirds, and even a bald eagle (lots of bugs too, but it is near the woods so expected). 「Great place to get away from city living. The views of the river were beautiful and the area was so quiet and peaceful. Just be careful not to leave anything down on the river bank unattended, a passing kayaker may take it. I learned this the hard way and my son's fishing pole and net were taken.」

「When you first walk in it is an open floor plan and the place has been newly remodeled. The home has upgraded countertops in the kitchen and the master bedroom. 「There is a lot of space to this house! Perfect for gathering of family. Nice large deck too. If you are planning to cook, lots of space in kitchen to spread out for prep and serving. Easy access to road and Daisy State Park. We had 3 vehicles and had more than enough room to park. Owner easy to communicate with.」

「This property said no "wi-fi", but it did have it! That made it so much more enjoyable for our teens. The site contact was friendly and easy to talk to. The house was set up so nice (more kitchen items than in other places we've stayed). And above all, when traveling with a 2 year old, this place was so nice and had washer/dryer and ALL the soap ready for us to use. It has a soaker tub, with jets, worked beautifully.
