「Céad mile fáilte.☘️ Well, my room was lovely. When you first walk in you can see how comfortable it will be. The two beds were fresh and clean and each with 4 pillows and four decorative charcoal grey/black pillows. The bathroom had plenty of thick towels and a bath mat. 「A surprising bit of luxury in a small guest house. We stayed at the Glen Quarter for one night at the start of a coastal tour, but now I kind of wish we'd booked two nights instead. Our stay fell on a Tuesday night in the off season, so I feel like we barely sampled the charms of Kinsale and now I want to come back for a longer stand (this happens A LOT in Ireland... Charming smaller towns feel so welcoming and familiar, but are eclipsed by the glamorous bigger cities). But back to the Glen...
