This space was nice. The air condtiioning was great. The manager Mr. Hall was attentive and on call. There was security on site which was nice. The near-by restaurants, grocery store and mall were perfect and there was even a 24hr food place with security near by. My only complaint was the water would randomly shut off although it always came back eventually and the lack of access to apps on the TV's.

Air conditioning system results in uncomfortable experience

We enjoyed the location, space and management..5 star. However, the Air conditioning system resulted in an uncomfortably hot experience… Please charge more and install an ac system in the living room…otherwise you have a perfect apartment!

A relaxing and wonderful stay. The view from the apartment is breathtaking.

The owner was just a phone call away and was very gracious. Mr. Hall is quiet and took care of our needs very promptly. The apartment is spacious. My only recommendation, which I think would enhance, is that a bedside table with a lamp could be placed in the other room which would prevent one from getting up to turn off the light from the switch at the door. Also, I noticed that you did not have a list of things in the kitchen (for example). The apartment is set up for four occupants but many of the dishes were missing. With the list, there would be more accountability for what you have in the apartment. All in all, I loved the apartment, and would not hesitate to recommend someone to your facility. Unfortunately, as a senior citizen, the stairs, getting into the building, presented a challenge for me. My family and friends enjoyed their stay, also.

The property is situated near emancipation park and Pegaus hotel, is also near all local amenities.The night life is buzzing with all the clubs near by and restaurants for a true local experience. The property is also well maintained and the deco is very elegant the property is situated in an gated community with security presence there at all times. It also has a breath taking view at night looking has far has the sea coast priceless. The owner was always there at hand to rectify any problem we had in the apartment and there is also a care taker who looks after the property who is near by has well. I would truly stay here again in the future and I have recommended it to friends has well, who is looking for that local experience. I just want to say thank you mr hall for helping our stay to be comfortable and thank you fianie for hosting us.

Cozy

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. We felt safe coming and going. Everything we needed, that was under Fianie's (the owner) control, was in the apartment. Air condition in the bedrooms. The elevator worked fine.We took the stairs while doing laundry for exercise- the apartment is on the third floor. Fianie has been in communication with me from the day I booked her apartment until the day we checked in. She has always respond promptly to my inquiries; that is the main reason I booked her apartment, and the fact that it is nicely furnished. Mr. Hall, her assistant, was wonderful as well. He gave us our space and was a phone call away when we needed him. My family and I, will definitely stay here again- if it's available. Thanks Fianie, and Mr. Hall, for a memorable experience.
