Avoid! This motel looks nothing like the photos online. There were barely any lights and the 24 hr check in was a joke. The window was covered in old signs qnd you could only see the hole to slide your id. I checked in but was given a keycard w a number to a room we couldn't find. The rooms in the rear have not been upkept. Some doors just hanging open to the elements. We did not feel safe AT ALL. We ended up turning in our key and going down the road to super 8. Most of the guests at super 8 booked travel inn first. Its literally a way to get money bc no locals would stay. Drug addicts milling around really didn't add to the vibe. Since I checked in, even though we never found our room, I COULDN'T get refunded. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This motel has been reported to the State of Tennessee Department of Health — Environmental Health Program. The conditions at the motel are horrendous, render it uninhabitable and hazardous to health; unfit for human occupancy. Our group left as fast as possible, toward the next motel after viewing the rooms; we could not stand the sight and smells. We stayed at the Motel 8 up the street.

Shower and bed linens were ok. Other than that, room key didn’t work, The only towel in the room was stained and cruddy looking. The office phone did not work, tv didn’t work, har dryer didn’t work. Mirrors and tv had a grimy haze on them . Curtains were very wrinkled and probably there for a long time. If I could have got a refund I would have left.

Very old and outdated facility. Arrived in room, no blanket on the bed, only a sheet. No washcloths, had to go to the office to ask for a blanket and washcloths. Huge TV in the room, but was unable to watch anything due to no internet connection. Do not recommend!!!

Worst place I have ever stayed!! “RUN”

I knew I was in trouble the moment I got there. The outside is no kept up at all. The reception lost was a young boy that simply had a deee in the headlight look. A lady, mom perhaps just walked out and looked at me. No comments just short eye contact. The rooms were awful. Both Bess were like hammocks. The top blankets had holes as if cigarette burns. Pillow cases were heavily stained on both beds. The room next to me had a broken window and crime tape still attached at the 4 corners of the doors. I had to stay 30 miles from an event to get a low priced room but I wasn’t expecting it to be so poor. If I was Travel Inn, I would shut this place down. Shame on me for trying to save a dollar. I won’t do it again, much less use a travel Inn!!

Bed was a hammock and not. Bess were at a different height

Tub was not used, I stayed dirty from road travel.

I missed the single bulb light with no shade. But the caulk was everywhere places by a 3rd grader.

No wifi or tv signal. No body sized towels in the room, just hand towels. No trashcan in the room. Large stain on the curtain that was suspiciously blood colored. Very large gap between the door and the wall when the door was closed. Very thin cheap pillows on the bed. Booked a non-smoking room but the room still smelled heavily of old cigarette smoke. Wont ever be staying there again.

Horrible place to stay

This was the filthiest motel we have EVER been to in 65 years!!! The sheets were stained with blood, the comforter had burn holes, the curtains were disgusting, the shower curtain had mold all over it. We would not even shower there. I guess the only thing good thing I can say is when we checked for bed bugs we didn’t see any. They is also a homeless encampment in the bushes next to the driveway. Unfortunately we had no choice as to stay as it was 1:00am and there was no where else to stay. This room was so overpriced, we shouldn’t have paid $1.00

Disgust and upset

Room was nasty. Sheets where stained had to go buy my on. No towels in the room ask for towels and never got them. Went to the front desk and no one was there, they had the lobby door locked. No tv services or wifi. No hot water. Rooms where runned down paint peeling off the wall and no fire alarms. Door was also needed up. This place needs to be condemned in my opinion it was that bad. Don’t ever stay here.

Danger beware!

The first room had black mold growing that you could clearly see they were trying to paint over, the comforters were stained/dirty, there was peoples stuff left over, the dresser has sticky stuff all over it like it hadn’t been wiped down EVER. No internet or tv. I requested one bed got a room with two small beds the light in bathroom was a heat lamp. I asked for a refund and she refused she put me in another room that hadn’t apparently been touched in a while with no tv no internet. Only reason we took this one was because it was late & no where had availability. Then my husband tried to get towels at 8am and nothing doors locked no answer to bell. Then I tried around 930 same thing. When the office opened I got questioned why I needed a towel I asked for two and got one but two washcloths.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I have sent multiple messages, emails, and pictures to hotels.com. The first picture shows the owner saying to refund my money yet you refuse to. We were shown 3 different rooms and none had been cleaned. First room had exposed wires hanging from light fixture over shower as well as stained sheets and dirty floors. Second room had bugs and dirty sheets. Third room had someone’s hat laying around, had mold and grass in the bathtub as well as dirty floors and sink area. There was a homeless man arguing with a woman who had a baby in a shopping cart in the parking lot. Their excuse was cleaning lady hadn’t come yet and it was 9:30pm. Hotel was unlit and lobby was absolutely disgusting with stained chairs as well as overall filthy floors and walls. We were also told tvs might not be working. We drove 10 hours that day to find our hotel the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. The owner said he would refund our money but we had to talk to you. Nobody answers their phone when you try to contact them. I absolutely want a full refund and you should probably take that hotel off your website to make sure this doesn’t happen again to customers. We never stayed at the hotel because it was so disgusting and dangerous

AVOID THIS PLACE

The day we were supposed to stay they email me and tell me there is no working internet, We tried calling 1 hour before we got there with no answers (5 times) As we pulled into the parking lot, the place looked empty, Grass growing everywhere in the parking lot and boards over windows. The main office was locked. We did not stay here as it looked like an EASY way to catch an infection of some sort. AVOID THIS PLACE AND THIS BUSINESS!!!

Should be called the Travel Out!

This place is an absolute dump! Avoid at all costs. See my pics below. You can’t make it up.

They left the tile on the vanity, but no grout or I would’ve fixed it for them😂

Syringes in the wall and blood on the pillow!

I booked this last minute because my son was in TN at a game that got rained out. It was the only room I could find last minute. He found blood on his pillow case. A syringe in the wall by the showerhead and a hole in the bathroom door. This place is disgusting!!
