Top Floor River View Apartment

  • Located right in downtown Kingfield, this cozy 1 bedroom, top floor unit provides a comfortable escape as well as easy access to in-town amenities. The heart of the Western Maine Mountains: offering Skiing, Snowmobiling, Mountain Biking, Trail running, Hiking, Kayaking and so much more..if you're into healthy lifestyle and outdoor activity this is the place to be! Easy walk to local restaurants and shops and 20 minutes from Sugarloaf.
    The space
    Enjoy the treehouse feel of this top floor unit from the covered porch that overlooks the Carrabassett River and the Kingfield Dam. This small unit has everything you need away from home. The bedroom contains a spacious king size bed and convenient washer/dryer. The living room has a 50" TV with Roku streaming. There is a fully stocked kitchen and coffee station with light, medium, and dark roast coffee. In the bathroom, you'll find slate floors and a tiled tub-shower.

    This is a 3 unit property. Guests will have access to the porches/ stair set and the 3rd floor unit. Guests will have a designated parking spot.
    Other things to note
    Please keep in mind that this is a small efficiency unit located on the third level. The only access is 2 flights of stairs. And while we have packed it with all the amenities, it is a small space!

Tiny place

Clean comfortable but close quarters. Difficult for my 6'2 husband to get in and out of bed. Nice laundry machine..handy location for our cemetary cleaning weekend.

Great Place To Stay

This was the perfect place for a single or a couple. The king size bed was super comfortable. The enclosed deck was very nice to hang out on. I appreciated having a hair dryer available. The shower head was amazing. Just a couple of items would have been a nice creature comfort for guest. A starter bar of soap, wash cloths, instructions on how to lock the electronic lock when leaving (took me 2 days to figure that one out). It is a lot of stairs so just be aware. I will absolutely stay here again.

What a peaceful stay! Ben’s apartment was super clean and quiet. It had everything we needed and was convenient to the mountain and restaurants/coffee shop. We loved chilling on the porch overlooking the river. The king size bed and recliner are super comfy. The espresso shop on the corner was a real treat!
