"great staycation....my grandkids had so much fun... we had 3 rooms poolside.. could not have asked for better service..staff was very accommodating.. bed comfortable..rooms were great.. hot tub was hot and clean pool was great..."

They didn’t offer room service and the food was crazy overpriced - $19 for 4 kids chicken fingers. Probably wouldn’t go back there again even though it was cheaper than other hotels. "

"The guest computer was unusable because no staff knew the password, so the Front Desk had to help me print something while already busy with guests. A five-minute task took nearly thirty minutes. The next morning there was no hot water and the body wash dispenser was empty. As a Bonvoy member, it was also disappointing not to earn points on a rate that was $30 higher than the walk-in price. Overall, a very disappointing stay"

"I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our overnight stay at the Frantz Inn. Our room was clean and fresh. We had dinner at their RBistro Restaurant in the hotel. Our servers so friendly and we enjoyed a delicious meal. The next morning our breakfast was included and what a delicious breakfast, We would highly recommend this place to stay."
