Only 10 minutes away, Kimberling City Marina beckons you for endless lake adventures, while a mere 5-minute drive leads you to the Joe Bald Boat Ramp and day-use area, ideal for launching your boat or renting one for an action-packed day on the water. And for family fun, Silver Dollar City is just a 20-minute drive away. Head to Branson for a delightful show or explore the vibrant Branson Strip, and then return to our splendid home to luxuriate in its abundant comforts.
Our main home boasts four bedrooms, with the master suite offering spacious comfort, an attached walk-in cedar-lined closet, and an en suite bathroom complete with a jetted tub and shower. Two additional bedrooms feature cozy queen beds, while a bunk room awaits the kids with a single bed and trundle, plus a bunk bed for added fun.
Relax in two distinct living areas, with the main floor living room featuring vaulted cedar ceilings, a charming wood stove insert, and plenty of plush seating. The open floor plan living and dining room offers a grand custom dining table where the whole family can gather.
Venture downstairs to a cozy movie room with deep seating and a fold-out single bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. We've even provided a popcorn machine, games, and puzzles to make your stay truly unforgettable. The fourth bedroom downstairs features a comfy queen bed.
Discover the cottage, an open-concept living, kitchen, and bedroom space with a separate enclosed bathroom. Located off the back deck and accessible via a small staircase, it boasts its own private deck with delightful views.
The property features expansive outdoor spaces and a fenced yard off the back deck for added convenience.
Rest assured, cleanliness is a top priority, and we strive to provide you with everything you need to feel at home, from quality towels and linens to a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living spaces. We take pride in going above and beyond to offer those special touches you may not find elsewhere.
Please note that we do not permit pets, events, or parties of any kind, and we kindly ask that you respect both the home and the neighborhood. For your peace of mind and security, we have exterior cameras on the front door and garage.
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM are to be strictly observed, and we are always nearby and available to assist with any questions or concerns.

The entire home and cottage is available for your use. The only area that is unavailable is the garage. We do have outdoor only cameras in order to monitor the outside entrances to the home.
Other things to note
The primary renter must be over 21.
We do not allow parties or events at the house. Only registered guests are allowed in the home. Unregistered guests will be billed at an additional $100 per night.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we have to be mindful of noise and traffic. Please respect the privacy of our next-door neighbors.
