「The cottage itself was lovely. A really nice chilled week, however the property just required a bit of TLC, it is just looking a bit tired and rough in some areas and the cleanliness was average to say the least. Some plates had been put away dirty and there was cobwebs in several of the rooms. The location was pretty good and it was only 30 minutes in to Glasgow and Ayr is nearby. Overall I would give a 7/10.」

「No check-in details given, had to contact Hoseasons twice on the afternoon of arrival to get details, to say the cabin is quieky is an understatement, if you like dark & dinghy then thats ok, the kitchen is basic and smells of old fat, beds & mattress have seen better days, if you don't mind paying over the odds to sleep in a damp portacabin look no further, if we could off afford it, we would not of stayed, but as this was not a holiday we didn't have much say,but did cut our stay short.」

"It's an old hotel so the facilities are old and at times it felt like at was staying at my grandparents old place in the countryside, but it grew on me and the staff were friendly enough. Also the location was convenient for my conference at the Scottish Event Campus. It is a bit of a walk from the city center though. There is a grocery store and several restaurant nearby too. Great little take-away pizza parlor too. "

"部屋は広く，清潔で，快適に過ごしました。朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。ところで，PCをHDMIケーブルでテレビにつないでも，PCの画面がテレビに映りませんでした。もし，PCの画面がテレビに映る＝テレビをPCのモニターとして使用できるようになっていれば，滞在中に仕事がはかどって，便利だったと思うので，残念です。"

"スタイリッシュで現代的なホテル。コンクリート打ちっぱなしで、おしゃれだけど、人によっては無機質に感じるかも。フロントのスタッフはみんなフレンドリーでいい人たちでした。洗濯コーナーがあって、洗濯できたのが便利でした。洗濯機と乾燥機はホテルの専用アプリから予約して使います。アプリを使わないときは、フロントのスタッフが手伝ってくれます。１階には共有スペースがあり、卓球台なビリヤードなどもあります。朝食はとても豪華で、食べ物の種類も多く、美味しかったです。"
